The television was not working, bathroom was smelly and there were a lot of misquotes as there was only one open window that acted as the exhaust in the bathroom.

I like the location then I ordered my late dinner from there restaurant that was good.

The airconditioning was absolutely terrible. Since there's no lift, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs to inform the receptionists, who fiddled with the remote and gave me new batteries. After 3 attempts, I gave up and resigned to the heat of March in the Maldives, and cursed myself for being cheap by booking the least expensive hotel on the island. Also I found it strange that while a kettle, water and cups were provided, there was no spoon to be found in the room. Not worth climbing up and down those stairs again though. Half of the lights in the room didnt work as well, but I didnt mention it since I was only there for 1 night.

Well the hotel is very inexpensive for Hulhumale, so it's decent value for money. The staff are friendly enough, and the rooms are kept quite clean. I didn't try their food, but quite a lot of people seem to come to the restaurant downstairs, even if they're not staying at the hotel. The location is also quite good.

We were booked for deluxe room with beach view but seem they gave us standard room, with no amenities such a hairdryer, cleaning products, etc. and we also mentioned that we made a request we will check in early, and it’s confirm that we can check in at 5-6 am, but we have to wait until 10 am. but the food was so good. Thanks

They charged extra 5% commission for credit card payments. This was not declared upfront. The bathroom door was stiff and difficult to close. A kettle provided but no tea or coffee.

No lift for such a high property, especially with lots of luggage. The stairs were very steep and narrow. I pulled suitcases 4 flight of stairs up and down. It’s also extremely noisy as the windows don’t close properly.

The property was central and everything was within a walking distance. Close to the airport and restaurant

They could make an easier way to order food to the room. The pricing in the restaurant was outrageous, they gave a very little quantity of juice in a Latté glass. The Tv should be removed it’s completely unusable and outdated. The staffs are nice but they do need a lot of training. I did see even some eat inside the restaurant while working in-front of people. Booking didn’t mention an additional 5% charge on credit card transaction otherwise I would’ve brought cash. The blanket was soft but it seemed like it hasn't been used or washed in a while; my shirts got white dust all over it from the blanket. It was nice to see the bathroom had shower soaps and shampoo but the device mechanism doesn’t work.

Overall bed was comfortable and soft, privacy was good, check out was smooth and simple.

It’s too early the check out time 11:30am. And the room not soundproof I can hear the noise outside. And when I open the mini fridge there’s a stack plate with food on it.

I like the view of the window balcony. I like the room you feel so refreshing.

The air vent that was near the room periodically turned on and made a lot of noise which caused a lot of disturbance.

Some requests they were not being able to meet. specially we requested 2 beds at the time of booking which they were unable to meet.

Room are not clean well.still got smell on the bed and pillow,some hair are still stick a lot in the bed and pillow.there are no coffee spoon for me to make coffee,TV are not working.room are very small.

It's good hotel to stay in budget but i feel little uncomfortable bcz all rooms was very close feel if anyone touching door it's feel someone knocking our door so it's bad experience others wise all is good ☺️
