Everything ok, only the prices are quite high on the island (eg. if you forget a sunspray or so). Also, the activities were quite expensive, but it is worth it.

Great accomodation, close to Male and the airport. Quite convenient if you travel with kids. Staff very nice and helpful, I have to say that we really liked the restaraunt, the meals prepared and the staff working over there as well. Great relaxation what you expect from Maldives.

First, I would like to talk about the hotel itself. I booked a room with a garden view. The room was clean and tidy, but when you enter the bathroom, the white tiles are all yellow, as if they are never cleaned or maybe covered in mold. The sink was also yellow and did not drain properly. I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom, and after that, I had to constantly check what was happening in there. Reviews mentioned that the beach was very comfortable, with beautiful coral reefs and excellent snorkeling. However, every day there was trash on the beach, such as plastic bottles, bottle caps, leftover fruit from cocktails, and other debris that had washed ashore. Honestly, I have never seen a beach like this in any other country. There were no beautiful corals to swim around, unlike on other Maldivian islands. The main beach was constantly windy with huge waves, making it nearly impossible to swim. The staff at the reception were not very friendly. Large cockroaches were running around the beach bar, and dead ones were lying under the furniture. All the bungalows looked dreary, and the people I met were just waiting to go back home. This hotel offered no entertainment during bad weather, and my child had nothing to do for hours when it rained. The internet did not work at all, not even to check emails anywhere on the island. It was very disappointing and sad to visit such a place after traveling almost a full day to get there. I do not recommend this place.

This place was very convenient because it was only 15 minutes from the airport. I was traveling with my 11-year-old child and was worried that if I booked a hotel further away, it would be difficult. The hotel had wonderful food, which was new and delicious every day. Although the island is small, it had one quiet beach and another beach with waves, so my child wasn't bored jumping in the waves.

Everything was good considering the season.

Versatile food, something different every day. The quality of food is very good, lots of spices and dressings. Good variety of cocktails, special thanks to Mona and her colleagues. Beautiful canopy of trees over your head. The beach is quite wide, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The reef is very nice with all kinds of sea life. New activities every evening (special thanks to Fifi), friendly stuff, the music is nice and not loud. Good place to meditate.

Just a few things. 1. Would be nice to have a boat to Male at least 1 or 2 times a week even for an additional charge…You can’t go there by yourself to explore, you have to buy an excursion, which was around $55 per person. 2. Once I came to reception area in the evening. The lady with long hair from reception was just chatting with a couple. I was standing there for 5-10 minutes and I was not even acknowledged…That couple looked at me and then at the lady from reception and I felt like they were also feeling uncomfortable that she kept on talking and I was just standing there. I decided to leave from there and just call later. Only after I left the lady from reception run after me asking if she could assist…3.Also 2 times we were asking for water in the room and both times received it only after 1-1,5 hours and we had to ask for it second time. 4. Prices are high. A can of soda is $10.

The location is good, 10-15 mins by speed boat. I’s very convenient if you don’t want to have another flight to further islands. The property looks amazing, a lot of greenery, nice buildings and style of it. In general very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The room we stayed was good (we had ocean view room); room has everything for comfortable stay. It was literally 1 minute to the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful, water has an amazingly beautiful color. Service was good, staff was friendly. Food variety is really good (but not desserts counter). SPA experience was amazing, massage therapist Silvia was so kind and professional.

I didnt like the fact that the staff konked on the door of the room and immediatly opened the door without my permission, this was very unprofisional and rude, also the fact that we needed to return the rented snorkling equipment every day insted of keeping it as we wanted to use them early morning insted of waiting for the diving center to open everyday

only thing that i had bad experiece with was in their speed to room service. we placed some requirements at the room and it took quite some time to respond.

What i liked? Number 1, the room i booked!! simply awesome! a perfect fit for a couple to be on your own and alone! we booked sunrise private pool beach villa and it was just perfect and beyond what I expected! simply loved it. btw, they have more than 20 such villa and probably not all of them has direct access to the beach from the room, espcially my room had a lot of trees on the beach which was like a barricade. but it worked for me as it worked as a boundary for me to give us a complete isolation. but for poeple who would like to have access to the beach directly from room, may ask the hotel for your requirement. number 2, the staffs were really awesome. everyone was very welcoming, smiling and always willing to help. number 3, the wifi! you will get wifi in almost every corner of the hotel since it is a small island. so no need to buy any local SIM. on other good parts, the food was quite good. we took half-board. the buffet bf and dinner had a decent range of food choices. for lunch we had ordered in the Bluu where you can relax on the beach side with nice ocean breeze, a spectacular view of the sea. so, overall it is a very good choice for small group, especially for couples. a small, quiet resort if you are looking for a relaxed time. it is very close to Male mainland, around 10-12 minutes by speedboat. there are also other activities and excursion options available at the hotel, but we didn't opt for anything, so cannot comment on that unfortunately.

We had a few issues with a small from the plumbing connected to the toilet. The servers in the Blu bar on the whole were amazing but there were a few times that they were slow due to the amount of people that they needed to serve.

The whole island was beautiful. The food was exceptional and was such a variety. Really enjoyed our tree top dinner experience and Ravi was an amazing server. He was really friendly and thorough.

The sunrise beach villa was not actually on the beach, half of the island has been eroded away and therefore you won’t be actually staying on the beach. Choice of restaurants was limited. Most things were not included in the “all inclusive package”.

Main problem was when we want To Mark late check out reception said yes it is possible and free than some one call me and said 30$ I said ok but when we want to check out Mr Misfal said “you have to pay 150$” he said only 1 hour 30$ because of his bad english it is not possible to understand what he said on telephone he has to say total amount but he did not say anything. He threatens us to prevent our departure and miss our flight finally he made a little discount and we catch our Flight my advise to hotel they have to find someone who can speak CLEAR ENGLISH without any local english without any ascend which we couldn’t understand All other was almost perfect thank you

Sand pathways, the walkways around the island are all unpaved which makes walking around not so comfortable. In addition, too many insects outside and invading the outdoor bathroom.

Restuarant was great, variety of tasty food. Staff were also excellent and professional. Beach is clean and fun to swim in despite being bit rocky. Short speedboat ride from the airport.

Some of the towels we got were dirty. The service at the Bluu bar is incredibly slow. Selection of drinks in the AI package could be better. Deserts and coffee were nothing special, they could be improved greatly.

Beautiful, relaxing location. Everything is within walking distance. It was very easy to get to the property from the airport. Our villa was very spacious. Very wide selection of food. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff in the Maaga restaurant!

A quite disappointing was what i booked for from booking.com was sunrise beach pool villa which i imagined same as in the picture but it was different smaller than it was in the picture .

Overall stay was perfect. The location was great ,very near to the airport. We were welcomed and farewell whole heartedly by the number of staff at the reception. The food was awesome especially those chefs were so humble and gave us what we really asked for but forgot their name one of them was dipak...we really enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that there were small ants present in the room.

The Malahini Kuda Bandos resort was stunning, beautiful. The sunrise villa was exactly how the pictures suggested. The stuff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend the resort to anyone.

Wifi a bit slow, but OK.

Beautiful resort. Clean rooms and great pool in Sunrise Pool Villa. Excellent choice of food and everything was very tasty. Fabulous house reef with plenty of live coral, lots of fish and also sharks and even a turtle. In addition, good gym. I recommend to take AI Gold (Premium by Booking.com), as regular AI does not cover much.
