We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SerbiaBathrooms need renovation. Even the wall by the door started crumbling due to moisture coming from bathtub. If I stayed there for more than one night it would bother me immensely.
The hotel is great with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Their airport shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast is excellent! There is a fish restaurant in the hotel and it’s very good especially if you arrive late and hungry.

We stayed one night in Male as our flight to Colombo left at 7:30 AM and did not make sense to pay for another night at the resort. They picked us up from the speed board from the resort, took us to the hotel, and everything was smooth. As we left early and their van was not running, they paid for a taxi to take us.

United KingdomBathroom - was not in a good state of repair, the bath/shower was broken and could easily hurt someone. Mould too. Timing was off, ordered food twice and it arrived 30 minutes after I was told it would be there.

Great hotel for a short stopover in Male. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel transfer service was superb. We were picked up at the Male Airport and taken to the pier for the trip to our resort the next morning and the drivers were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. PhilippinesHorrific to get a taxi in the area, my friend and I waited half an hour before we were able to get one but I guess this is more an issue with Male of course and not the hotel. Rooms are spacious but a bit dated and maybe needs a bit of touch ups (walls cracked and peeling, tile by the tub chipped, broken and missing make up mirror in the bathroom), such bad quality soap and no bath gel at all

RomaniaThe room: The coffee and tea were missing from the bar and the bathroom was quite dated, but functional and clean. I asked about the possibility of a late checkout as my flight was not until evening and they confirmed it but I wasn't informed about the surcharge and was presented with a bill of 50 USD at checkout - at 3 o'clock. They couldn't let me checkout at 16.30 as requested so I had to leave the room at 15.00, but for the 3 hours extra was charged with 50 USD - this was a bit unpleasant mainly because I wasn't informed about it in advance as it's normal. Breakfast was rich but most of the food is local so a little bit too spicy for a morning meal. But they do serve good pastries some fresh fruit, a salad bar (which I didn't think much of to be honest) and on demand omlette. So all in all there are options. Room service: I had some chicken rice biryani before I left and was sick throughout my journey back home although at the time it felt like a safe choice.
The hotel staff waited for us at the airport and provided free transfer for me an my friend both on arrival and for our departure although we had different flights and she left very early in the morning. They also prepared a small breakfast to go for her because she left before 7 AM. The room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable, nice carpet and bed sheets, blackout curtains. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we tried and was good. Fish Market, fresh fish, squid etc. but other options in the menu, too.

I am a regular at the Manhattan. I love it and the fact that it supports local hospitality students. It is just across the road from the public swimming ocean pools which are terrific. Great breakfast too. A perfect spot for business travellers.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaWe only stayed here for one night - after vacation in the islands and ahead of catching the fight out of Maldives. Hotel organized free pick-up for us, arriving from different islands, on different transportation, so that was very convenient because it gets hectic in the port. The room was large - me and my friend asked for a twin room but ended up getting a double. We did not mind, since it was only one night and the bed was king-sized, so enough space to really stretch out for everyone. WiFi worked well, bed was on the harder side, so comfortable for me. Location is also good - easy to walk everywhere of interest. Would stay here again.
