We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaIt wasn't clear how housekeeping was arranged so we found our room not tidied up at the end of the day. Also, breakfast, at 8/8.30am, is quite late compared to most other hotels. We had to work so missed breakfast throughout our stay although it was included in our rates.
The 3rd floor menu was extensive and good!

Sri LankaWhat I dint like this time about my stay is the cold welcome from the he reception staff upon check-in! As a returning guest you would be expected to be welcomed, seated and served a welcome drink.. rather than to be told “Oh our driver is waiting for you at the airport” payment was taken in such a hurry as if we were going to stay at the hotel and run away with out paying! More over my turning point was that the room we checked in too had not been cleaned properly.. the commode had stains of urine etc that had not been cleaned properly. It left us really unhappy and uncomfortable. It is really sad as the staff did not bother to offer us any form of concern,rather they just sent a message saying the commode has been cleaned. Once before this when I stay at Seasalter I had stains on the bed sheet.. but I informed the reception and asked to just change the sheets! Small mistakes could happen could happen to anyone anytime!
I have stayed at Seasalter many times and to be honest the hotel ambience is quite nice! They also have a lovely outdoor rooftop restaurant that has a good variety of food to offer.

RussiaDisgusting attitude of reception staff. They didn’t arrange pick up transfer in time, didn’t apologise even. They didn’t want to give us change in dollars, though we paid in dollars. They refused to provide alacarte dinner, so on 31december evening we had to look for another place. They never even greet guests, rude in communication and not professional. Room is small, windows can’t be open, walls are wet with mould
