The property was close to the beach and the rooms were clean. The two girls working there clean up the rooms every day. The breakfast was good, we also eat dinner one night there, we ordered fish(it was huge) and was really tasty and it was only 10$/person. Also the host was really nice and helpful. I would 1000000% recommend this property.

The furniture in the room is not new.

The stay was perfect. The staff were very friendly and provide everything that we need. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning. Some fotos you can see below. It has fruits, tee and coffee, eggs, omelette, nuttela, bread, beacon, coconut with tuna and chapati. You can use the kitchen if you wish to prepare something for kid. We also ordered lunch every day. It included big main dish(rice, noodles or french fries), glass of fresh juice and fruits. There was big fish almost every time. And it was not the same fish everyday. I remember tuna and snapper. Names of other fish I can't remember. The property has good location - it is one of the nearest to the beach - about 7 minutes by foot. The road to that beach is full of palms and papaya trees, with cats and salamaders and bats. You can rent bikes here in the hotel to make the trip to the beach faster. The hotel has its territory. It is decorated with plants. You can order any excursions right in the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and is treated for ants. It is not recommended to store food outside the fridge. Because the ants will find the food. There was air conditioning in the room. Also you have a table and couple of chairs in the yard right in front of your room. Nasheed, Adheel and all your employees, thank you very much for our pleasant stay.

When you need some information you have to ask for that a lot all af the time and for almost everything. But when you ask we has no problem to talk about that.

The owner and other stuff/family are super nice. He arranged a transfer to Thoddoo (it is possible from aiport and from Male too), checked a time of ferry when we leave the island and arranged evething what we need. We got a coconut as a welcome drink. You can rent an equipment for a snorkeling for free and he rent a bicycle too. We loved their breakfast because there was a lot of things from maledives and continental meals and huge amount of fruit too. They made a delicious wafles and pancakes, we love them.

The room is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. We absolutely loved the breakfast, which included several delicious Maldivian dishes. There is also an option to have lunch and/or dinner at the hotel for a reasonable price. The hosts were very professional and kind, and they even informed us about the Maldivian cultural evening event, which was held nearby. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Both Thoddoo Sunset beach and Thoddoo Sunrise beach are quite close to the hotel, as well as the restaurants and a couple of shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We are 2nd time at this place. Staff is always nice, good location between two guest beaches, reefs to see turtles and fishes and, with luck, rays, sharks, moray eels.

Breakfast could have been been more diverse. Only two choices, local and continental. But these two were fine. The host should have been more informed about local ferry departure time to Ukulhas. If we had listened to him we would have missed the local ferry (which goes twice a week). Departure time is 6:30 and not 7:00 that have been told there.

Nice location, close to the bikini beach. Host and crew was very friendly and helpful, helped us e.g. to buy Iphone charger from Male. Bed is comfortable, room and bath big enough. Nice price/value proportion.

I would suggest to put a chair in the room. I would suggest to provide bikes to the guests for free but with deposit in case of damage. I would suggest to provide a list of price for the damage of dishes in the room))

Summer Sky is a guest house with clean and cosy rooms run by a local family. Adeel is a head and boss. He can arrange almost everything for your money.)) Thanks Adeel! Teapot, fridge and water every day. Swimming masks and flippers are free for guests. No mosquetos, neither other insects thankfully. Maldivian breakfast was the same, but I liked it very much. For lunch or dinner you can visit other places. I liked Foodland and Lagoon. If you want to dive into the Maldivian atmosphere start with its cuisine: tuna, riff fish, papaya, coconut and etc. I did and I liked it. Location of the guest house is convenient. You can walk to the bekini beach within 7-10 mins on the way to which you can find fresh juice shop, plants of papaya, Walk of palms and a little fruits shop. Summer Sky is a good deal, worth its money.

Probably one of the best hotels on the island. Clean, tidy, especially the second building. A very beautiful yard. Close to the beach. Good breakfasts, I liked the local breakfast more, fresh fruits from our own plantation. Special thanks to the owner of our hotel. The kindest person, very responsive. Excellent !! Summer Sky Thoddoo is a very quiet, relaxing guest house it’s very clean and well taken care off. Staff is superb friendly and always ready to help.They really make sure you get your breakfast the way you like it :)) Summer Sky Thoddoo is located very near to the one of the most beautiful beach in the entire world🏝 We had a best time ever in there. A representative of the guesthouse met me at the airport but then we had to wait for a boat 4 hours! I was sure that as soon as I arrive to the airport we will go to the island directly like in taxi. But we waited for some public boat that only goes twice a day. It was heavy after the long flight from home and I was unprepared. Also on the way back home as my flight was very late at night I asked if I could check out late. I was very happy to hear that is was ok when I still was in Sweden. But when I was already on the island I understood how to put the question right, "when the last boat to the airport goes" and it was at 13 o'clock. Some people may find it useful. People living on the island and those who already traveled there maybe take it for granted. I am taking for granted if I book I transfer I will go with it as soon as my plane arrives. The boat will not come for you like a taxi, you need to wait for a public/arranged for several people boat and you may miss the last boat if your plane comes later, the same on the way back. Then on the island they meet you with a buggy, so there is no problem.

I was happy with my stay at this guesthouse. They were nice and considerate and adjusted time for breakfast and it's content after my wishes. I am a late riser and took my breakfast at 11 even though they said 8 at first. They also adjusted the trip to sandbank to me, I felt safe to snorkel with a guide even if I am a bad swimmer. It is not a swimming in still water like in a lake in Sweden, there are always waves and currents that are stronger than me, but the guide was strong and experienced.

The day before our arrival we were notified that we would not be able to check into the room we had chosen. As a result, we were moved to another guest house, which had worse conditions, although the price remained the same. Also we need to go to the breakfast 500m from our new guest house to summer sky.

4. Tours are organized awful. We asked about a manta tour for Saturday (was good weather), he said: Sunday. Ok, time? - 6/7 am - Ok. Most of boats start at that time. But on Saturday evening he said: 9 am (water is no more so clear) - Ok. The weather was bad already. We understood, in such conditions we likely will not see mantas. In many cases hosts offer the 2nd try on other day for free. On Sunday during breakfast we said, weather is bad, please agree to give the 2nd try if needed. He didn't want. We said, then we don't want to go and waste time. He phoned and said that boats, which are on the spot now, see mantas (why we are not on these boats then?). He agreed for the 2nd try. We were alone on a small boat, there were no more boats on the spot (only one dhoni with divers seeing corals). The plan of our boatman (no more crew) was: one jumps into water and check mantas. The boatman just sailed 5-7 times on a short distance and said: I think here, jump. I tried to explore bottom, looked far away. No mantas. He also tried to sell us the idea to go to Rasdhoo for shopping/nurse sharks. But you don't need 'a private tour' for it, you can do it with a cheap ferry. On the next day we described it to the manager. He repeated many times: we can’t control mantas. We said, we don't need the 2nd chance, it will be the same. I also didn't want to pay the whole price of the tour (the organization looked like, I can't say a fraud, but a trick). I said, I’m ready to pay, for example, a half to cover fuel etc. At the end he said, he doesn’t need the money or sth like that. In a less than an hour he has written via booking: "Kindly I request you move another hotel. we are not happy with you. We will refund your payment. I will request non sow in booking. We don't like you behaviour. Thank you. Manager". And cancelled the reservation as no show.

Good breakfast: we were in 3 guest houses in total on the Maldives and here it was likely the best Nicely rooms, but the bathroom is in a bad condition. S.photos Free masks/fins, but the manager don't try to clean them or put in order. Some just lied in sand Except the owner/manager Adeel the staff is nice The whole stay was ruined by manager Adeel, he doesn't speak good English, the whole communication with him was difficult. And when we had a problem, he cancelled our booking in the middle of the stay(!) to not to give us a possibility to write the negative review. We had to leave and lost half a day. It was the worst experience during 12 years with Booking. Normally managers respect you. Adeel has another opinion, seems, he takes guests for fools by default 1. The speedboat costs. "It price is $40 per person one-way". The official price is 35$ and other hotel has booked the return at the official price. Small trick 2. Bad communication. I tried to plan the whole trip well enough, knew about speedboats and timetable. Right after the booking a month before arrival I asked to book the speedboat and wrote the speedboat departure day and time. Adeel answered "We will arrange your transfer". One day before arrival just in case I asked whether there are no changes and duplicated the time. Answer: “We will try”. Of course he didn’t book the places in advance and misunderstood about the time, we could lose half a day. Finally he booked the right speedboat but really just before its departure 3. Currency fooling. Because he doesn’t accept MVR and takes 4% paying by card, I also asked in advance to pay in EUR. He has written ‘yes’ and the price is the same as in USD (the rate was almost 1:1 at that time). During the check in, he said, the price will be higher and showed me some rates in a WhatsApp chat(!). In total I gave him the arranged amount in EUR, but additionally 10$ for any inconveniences. I didn't really want to argue.
