At the beach there is no sun umbrellas available just sun-beds and sometimes was impossible to stay and enjoy a full day there because there was no shadow at all. Transfer from male is quite pricey

The room and the bathroom were very spacious. the hotel is very quiet, far away from the loud noise of the popular area but in proximity of the bikini beach. I liked very much the breakfast (asian/continental). We loved the pool (sunrise side) and sun-beds available at the beach

There is some water leaking from the toilet.

The staffs are really nice and friendly. The hotel located in a petfect area, for those who like diving, you can shore dive from the beach right away.

i would like to suggest property provide slippers to guest. return back jetty sent by buggy not walk and freeze inside room not working well. last more add for breakfast menu example fried rice or asian food.

There were not many options of food on the room service, especially for vegetarians, but not a big deal, because we found it difficult to eat vegetarian in Maldives in general so it's not the hotel issue. It wasn't a problem at all, just a comment. 🙂

Everything was amazing! The staff was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. The food was great and the location just perfect. Waking up with that ocean view was magic. Very clean rooms, amazing room service. Outstanding swimming pool! And the tours they provide are very well organized. The pictures and video were beautiful, above expectations and everything was perfect in the tours and water sports packages. Loved it! 😍

The main bed was super comfortable but the children's beds were very firm and not comfortable. The bar fridge wasn't cold enough, so drinks always tasted on the warmer side (it is labelled as an environmentally friendly fridge).

The staff were so friendly and welcoming (especially Dillon). We loved the cold face washer and juice on arrival. They organised a private speedboat for us from Fulidhoo at late notice after our boat from Fulidhoo was cancelled. The pool was small but had enough room for everyone wanting to use it. It never felt crowded and we had it to ourselves on a couple of occasions. We appreciated the late check out (for a small fee). The location was just a few minutes walk to the bikini beach and watersports areas, with lots of shops and little supermarkets around. Breakfast and a few different options of fruit, pancakes, toast, baked beans and other things. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotels restaurant. Loved having lots of pillows on the bed and the huge bath in the bathroom and the doorbell with changeable ring tone!

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We came for a family holiday, 3 adults, one 17yo and one 4yo. The hotel’s restaurant was out of this world with its tasty delicious meals and the nicest personnel.

I am giving a 10/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things that need to be mentioned: -Mosquitos: there are mosquitos. Especially at the lobby and at the restaurant, so bring a repellent. -Language barrier: not all staff members do speak English, hence sometimes it can be challenging to communicate with them. -Infinity pool without beach umbrella: as already mentioned, during the morning there is no escaping the sun at the infinity pool. I would suggest to add some beach umbrella to the pool. Bikini beach: if you ask you will get a sun lounger brought to you at the bikini beach, however again no beach umbrella. I would suggest to add beach umbrellas as well for with such scorching sun one cannot stay under it for too long without getting a sunburn.

This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional. -Check-in/out: I arrived early (i.e. 9 am) and they worked really hard to let me check in asap. However, even without the early check in, they let you change and use the infinity pool or even go to the beach while waiting for the room to be ready. The check out was done in 2 min. I spent the remaining day at the infinity pool (where you have a toilet and a shower) while waiting for my speedboat to take me to the airport in the afternoon. -The Hotel: it is situated on the east coastline. Very modern and clean. A 5 min walk from the so-called bikini beach. -The Room: it was really nice and spacious. Comfy bed and a balcony. I do recommend to pay the extra and get a room with ocean view. -Infinity pool: it is located at the 8th floor. You have a breathtaking view from there and the sound of the waves is so soothing. I would recommend to use it in the afternoon though, for in the morning there is no way to escape the sun (i.e. no shade nor umbrella). -Food: I read comments complaining about breakfast. I cannot agree with them. Granted, the selection is not huge, but it is variegated and quite tasty. Especially, I enjoyed the fresh omelets which were made on the spot by a cook. -Tours: you have a great selection of tours. I did the shark bay, half-day and sunset fishing tours with Triton. However, you can also do tours with other operators as well. I, for instance, booked the whale shark and the fish tank tours with Kaani Tours. -The island: Maafushi is a small island close to Malé, but it has all you need and you can walk everywhere with ease. Great selection of restaurants, tour operators and supermarkets. -Miscellaneous: you will get a 1l bottle of water every day in your room. However, you can always request to get more at the reception.
