We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandYou can't have a beer in the restaurant which is very odd. There are only two elevators which makes moving around the hotel during the daytime very difficult. Allow for 5-10 mins to get from floor 7 toB2...
Great location, good value for money. Quality-wise expect things not to work, especially in the bathroom. There were a few loose things like to toilet flush etc.

PortugalI’ve stayed so many time and still don’t understand how management allows that people go on elevators without face masks. Also how is it possible that they don’t have an elevator just for the guests. took me 15m to wait for an elevator for my bedroom. Seems that the fun thing to do in Blantyre is go on the elevator of Amaryllis from park to shopping mall when it’s 2 floors and there is escalator’s.

South AfricaIt has 2 restaurants that serve the same menu, so actually its one. The ambience in the restaurants is a bit off and I found the waiters not very attentive. A bit out of place compared to the rest of the hotel - they should try and improve the eateries. And also, its a no-alcohol premises.
Very friendly hotel check in staff, great amenities in the room, comfy bed, swimming poop and gym.
