Have to dig deep here … Shower water pressure, lack of full size mirror & bluetooth speaker …none of which changed the overall experience

High quality finishes, furniture, bedding, lighting…interior design. No amateur work or corners cut here when it came to costs or upkeep. Spacious, high ceilings, sliding floor to ceiling windows & doors all around, balcony/terrace. Quiet during week. Everything you see, touch & feel is high end, inside a gated community. Car/scooter/bike is a must as well as taking the finished road on approach. From someone who travels extensively and often in Tulum, it is incredible value, even in absence of luxury grounds & amenities of a resort. Wish I spent more time inside…but that’s not why we travel :). Communication by Whatsup was prompt with perfect English. Will return soon and highly recommend

The property was beautiful, very tranquil, lots of plants around, room was cozy and beautifully designed. Everything was perfect. Gated community, recommend a car, bike or some other form of transportation. The community has restaurants and convenience stores by walking distance as well. It was central enough to be in the middle between the Tulum town and Tulum beach town as well. Could not recommend this property enough! Wished we could stay longer.

The room itself is great! (Like many parts of Tulum) this high-end property is next to some local settlements, that for an average European do not feel fully safe/comfortable to walk around without a car, and are a big contrast to the complex. It is next to a quite busy road, separated by tall wall, but still noisy enough during the day, though it did not impact our night sleep. It is quite a walk to Tulum centre (app.20-35 minutes) through this neighborhood, and double to the beach, so suggest to rent a car/bike or take taxis (especially at night). Not a big deal, but water in the terrace bath could be slightly warmer :)

Absolutely beautiful apartment with bohemian vibes, stylish and comfortable! Our room was on the ground floor with private small bath and hammock on the beautiful green terrace - isolated, own private oasis. It had all the basic necessities and spacious storage, clean. In reality, it looked even better than on the pictures :) The hosts are very helpful and friendly, instantly available and good communication. Detailed instructions and tips were provided before arrival. The apartment is located in a secured, guarded complex, surrounded by similar buildings. It is a 5-minute car drive from the center, about 15 to the beach and Tulum ruins.

Just the street next, it was really loud during the day but at night it’s calm.

There was not one thing to not like.

I really liked the aesthetic of Teva and it did not disappoint. I was surprised at how spacious it was in person. Windows and balcony had sliding doors with screens. Kitchen was fully equipped. They gift guests with a bottle of wine on arrival - very nice touch.

There were mosquitoes outside (which is not the hotel’s fault) but we quickly got mosquito repellent from the staff for reventing the bites. Also we had some problems with the bikes we rented but the staff quickly handled that problem as well. Also a bit far from the main street but really easy to get there by bikes which can be rented from the hotel.

The room was amazing, clean and so beautiful. If you are looking for a beautiful interior and cozy place, this is for you. Also the staff was super friendly, flexible and helped us with every question via whatsapp message. Easy to check-in and out and the bed was super comfy. I felt really welcomed :)

The water doesn't really get warm so you won't really have a warm bath (and I kind of chose the room for the bathtub as I did a lot of sports and wanted to relax. Also the bed was a little uncomfortable, a bit hard but that's of course personal.

The host was super sweet and helpful. They were very clear in communication, and very quick. The gated area is very quiet and clean, good place to stay overall. Very beautifully done, very esthetic.

On the other side of the ground floor, the king suite, there is a main road that is quite noisy with loud trucks and motorcycles zipping around on it. Additionally, some locals live on the other side of this busy street, and at night, they have fires. From what I could tell, I think they sometimes burned garbage. Some of the stones in the bathroom, with sharp and confusing as I thought I was stepping on something, but it was just a stone poking my foot. The fridge door seal was broken, causing the freezer to over-ice and, therefore, the motor to overwork the fridge. It was very loud, and I had to unplug it.

The room's design was great, although for a king suite, it was tiny. The room had a very comfortable bed, some outdoor space with no wet bar, and a decent-sized bathroom. I will say that the outside space was beautifully landscaped.

Thats an amazing appartment well located in a quite condominium zone. The host was quick and ready to help. The appartment has a great design and plenty of space. I would recommend to stay there if you are looking for a good balance between staying in a nice area without people and then go to the beach or city center on your own. You can rent a scooter or car. With this condominium you can also have a parking in front of the building which is very convenient. You have a security guy at the entrance of the area so it is pretty safe too.

The location is a little far, so definitely need bikes or a scooter but the host was great with providing contacts for these. The room wasn’t serviced at all during stay which I didn’t know, and you had to pay extra to have it serviced. Would have been good to know this advance, as nice to have fresh towels after a couple of days. Lastly as you can’t drink water in Mexico some bottles of water in the fridge would have been great (there was a small jug but had to go purchase big bottles to use)

This property was excellent. The rooms and the facilites were well kept and gorgeous. Teva is located in a little development outside of the main area with some restaurants and cafes close by. Walking into town was felt safe and was quite easy, maybe a 15-20 min walk. The property also had bikes available to rent which was very handy. Check in and out was a breeze and the host Iza was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had! Ricardo helped us with our bikes and calling a taxi and was great as well :) overall recommend staying here.

This property is an absolute dream. The location, aesthetic, and helpfullness of the staff met our high standards beyond our expectation. It's perfectly located in a gated community so it feels extremely safe. It's also nearby a ton of cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. I really loved our stay and will be back to Teva Tulum!

This was definitely a wonderful stay in Tulum. We booked two room for several nights and both of the rooms were excellent.
