Travelling a lot and this was one of the best accommodations I have ever been. Location is good because it's close to the centre but not in the most busy street. Room is clean and spacious, with efficient and silent air-conditioning and comfortable bed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Coffee and other drinks are served for free. Staff is the best. Service by the staff is top-notch.

The room! We had a junior suite, which was so large and so beautified. It had a huge balcony overlooking the garden. The room itself was very stylish. It had a bathtub in the main room, a separate shower with light show, a separate toilet and a separate dressing room with sinks. Beautiful furniture. The pool was big and nice. No breakfast, but really good options only steps away from the hotel. Location very central. The street was being upgraded to a pedestrian street when we where there. Beautiful city.

Nothing - I loved it!!

This boutique hotel looks even better in real life! The owners Gino & Danielle are incredibly hospitable, helpful and extremely hardworking. You can tell they have trained the staff to hold up the same traits. There is someone there 24hrs a day always ready to assist you! The place has been open about a year and a half, yet still felt very new. When I arrived I was greeted with a bottle of cold water and a cappuccino - they have a wonderful coffee machine and will make you complimentary espresso based drinks. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All have private and separate bathrooms! For the last couple of nights I stayed in a suite with a large balcony attached which in turn has a fan, table and chairs as well as a hanging chair and plants!!! From the balcony I could see the beautiful shaded pool which was a very welcomed amenity in the April heat :) Can’t wait to come back !!!

I didn’t like that I had to leave.

This is an amazing hotel situated in a great area. Walking distance to many attractions. There is a great food market with music right across the road. I would definitely return. Adriana was so helpful and I wish I could remember the name of the other staff , they were all amazing. The room I had was very spacious and very quiet.

Add a breakfast, please! That is the only reason I rated this as a 9 instead of a 10.

The location is great, everything is super clean, and the rooms and reception areas are inviting. Receptionist Adrianna was especially kind and helpful to me. I appreciate the coffee (even a latte or cappuccino) that is available upon request. I have visited Merida many times over the past twenty-five years and stayed in numerous hotels there. When I return, this will be my “go to” place.

It was due to the construction work a bit harder to find, location is perfect though. Near the centre, outside of the hussle. The manager & staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, we got a room upgrade and the room was just amazing. Huge and cozy bed, nice interior and very big room with a bath and shower.

It would have been nice to have been able to order even a limited menu, snacks, or a breakfast but there is no restaurant. Also there really should be a mini-fridge in the room for cool drinks or take out, or snacks. Having Netflix or some streaming service for the TV, even for a fee, would have been good.

It was very hot in Merida at that time and it was lovely to cool down in the large pool. I enjoyed a complimentary cappuccino every morning at the coffee bar. The staff were great and even helped me book an emergency dental visit. Air-conditioning in the room was lovely, never an issue with it.

The staff were amazing and helpful. You can tell they like working there as they were happy. Room was really spacious and bed very comfortable. Also nice and quiet which is important for us. It is also central and close to restaurants etc... I would definitely stay there again if ever back in Mérida.

Design and spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom, good swimming pool open until late evening, coffee and water offered free of charge, great service. Also the location is very good - on the main avenue but still few minutes far from the noisy city center. If we ever go back to Merida, it will be to this hotel 100%!

Lobby is open concept from rear so only the rooms are air conditioned - we visited during 100-degree heat, but AC in room was great. Would not have been a problem during more temperate months.

Excellent hotel with wonderful and friendly staff, located on Calle 60 right in between Grand Plaza and Paseo de Montejo. Junior Suite was very large and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

Everything is perfect! There is nothing to improve.

The room was amazing, the balcony lovely and the hotel is so beautiful and comfortable, with sofas and chairs all around. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All the staff are extremely attentive and friendly and could not be more helpful. The pool is wonderful- clean, refreshing and large. In decades of foreign travel, I'm not sure I have ever stayed in a lovelier place. It is extraordinary value for money and if you plan to come to Merida, there is only one place to stay.

Parking is difficult. However, we decided to pay to park at the lot around the corner, so it worked.

Amazing location! Walkable to all the sights, restaurants, bars. Lovely hotel and room. So comfortable and quiet! Amazing staff! Very attentive! Quick to hold the doors, get us coffee and anything we needed. Sweet to our dog that travels with us. Will definitely go back!
