If I were to seek out anything, I found the mattress a tad too soft, softer than your average hotel bed. Still slept like a baby though.

An absolute jungle gem. The whole area is beautifully arranged and maintained; it's wonderful to be surrounded by trees and woken up by birds. The pool is small but very nice. The staff are there if you need them, but otherwise you can fully enjoy your privacy. Jose was all smiles, such a friendly guy. The villa itself was super clean, spacious and convenient, and the daily cleaning service was very thorough. I was prepared for insects in the room, power/water problems etc but there were no such issues at all. People complaining in the reviews about dampness/smell or gravel garden paths should really get a grip. Oh, and don't miss the Chan Paal tortilleria just across the road. They have exquisite food and super cool staff.

It was not clear from booking advertising the location because it's about 19 KM from Tulum. So might be good to not show this accomodation for Tulum as it's not. Nevertheless it was nice and calm. Air conditioning was not fully working for the bedroom.

The surroundings with lots of plants, nice small swimming pool, nice room. Nice staff, very friendly. We were able to relax and do nothing after some hectic days at the beach in nearby playa.

My only complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to turn off our patio lights at night, and thus there was some low light streaming through the window at night, and we prefer total darkness. A very minor complaint, and not really an issue as I had packed an eye mask.

The bed was super comfortable, and sheets were changed every other day. The villa was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning and wifi. The surrounding location around our villa was gorgeous, beautiful plants and landscaping. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing. We loved staying in the jungle outside of downtown Tulum as it was quiet and private. You definitely will want to rent a car or a motorbike if you are staying here, as it is not walkable to downtown Tulum. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be coming back some day!

it’s a ways out but it’s quiet. The windows and screen doors don’t make a seal so the mosquitos get in from time to time. the staff is definitely hands off

wow! It was like staying in our own private 5 star resort! incredible property with just a few large modern clean cabanas, scenic pool and lounging area. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly host greeted us upon arrival and got us settled in. Cabanas had kitchenette facilities and local grocery stores just a km away.

The Toilet paper is not to be used as this is Eco Stay. I suggest they should provide Bidet, or Hand spray .

This is actually a private Farm House bungalow plot scheme type. Very eco friendly . The Host is available on Whatsapp. Very Helpful and his staff is eager to help too. This is one the finest holiday homes i have stayed . Very much away from City in a small village near Tulum . All Large cenote near by . Food in the village is also Fantastic . Please note Cash is important. Few places take Credit card in this village. Very Very interesting well designed home away from home. Do explore this place

Everything. Villa is very clean. Serious cleaning was done every day. Garden is wonderful. It looks like jungle, but very accurate jungle. Pool is excellent. Terrace is excellent. Price is not high. Very reasonable. I strictly recommend this property to everybody. I been 8 times in Mexico. This place is the best.

Low, low shower pressure!

Large comfortable separate cabin in a peaceful jungle setting. Pool was clean and refreshing. Kitchen with refrigerator was helpful for breakfast, no stove top. It takes more time than Google tells you to get to anything in and around Tulum from the property.

About 20 minutes from Tulum Centro but there was a located near a very cute community with great food, no worries if you have your own car.

It was the most interesting experience I had so far! A combination of comfort and cleanliness in the middle of the jungle. my one and only moan was a week of cold showers. they really tried to fix it, even to a new boiler being put in but you got about 15 seconds of hot water then nothing. probably a pressure issue as not a great flow

Nothing... Everything was great!

José the main guy is super nice and friendly and just there to make sure all your needs are met. The staff are great and they thoroughly clean the room, fresh towels daily, breakfast brought for you the evening before. The TV room is super cute and cosy at night. Loved our stay! Oh and the bed is the best I've ever slept in. One of my favourite places I've stayed. They also have great facilities such as a blender in the kitchen, little coffee machine and they bring tea and coffee for you to make. Great stay, we even extended our trip there!!!
