They are funny about their towels. There were two security/bellhops but they didn’t help at all. Seemed odd they were there but didn’t really seem to do anything, not even hold open the door. The room was super hot when we arrived. Would have been nice to have had pre started the air conditioning.

Bed was comfortable. Sufficient space to move. Nice pool area overlooking the city. Restaurant that had decent food after a long day of travel. Nice area to use computer if needed.

It happened on two occasions where we felt the waiters were trying to swindle us because we were “ gringos” one waiter said in the evening that he hadn’t put the tip on when he clearly had but didn’t want to show us the bill!!! The second they put 15% tip on automatically, I will tip, but I think it’s only fair I choose the amount. Left a bad taste in our mouths, so we didn’t go to the hotel restaurant again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here! We liked the comfortable beds and easiness of the hotel!

The only downside was the view (lack of it) from our room and the fact that a very strong ventilator was located just outside of our room on the outer wall, so we could hear it working all night.

The hotel is really good value for money. It is located at a walking distance from the Parque de La Venta, which we wanted to visit with kids. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the strong water pressure and the well-regulated hot water in the shower.

The housekeeping schedule is a bit odd and more often than not the room is not completely restored to how it should be.

It is a little noisy because you are very close to the main highway. I knew this before hand. Not a reason not to book if you are just staying a few nights to see the sights like I was ☺️

Roof top pool with views of the lake. This hotel is 10 minutes away from the La Venda Museum and park and about a 20 minute drive to the airport ☺️ The WiFi is excellent for those who want get work done etc and there is a desk in the room 👍🏻

Wifi wasn't great, would only reach half of the room and leave the other half (the half of the bed) without any signal.

The restaurant can be slow at times and there's no hotel bell cart to help with the luggage. For me it's important because my family and I always travel with suit bags (in plural).

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the internet was good. The food at the restaurant is also good.

It is a city with a business hotel. Don't expect a cute hotel

Villahermosa was a stop over for is and the hotel provided everything we needed (which isn't much) for one night. Rooms were clean, airco worked, bed was very good and we had a relaxing hour at the rooftop pool

Location seemed to be within an industrial area and with no restaurants around. Prices for laundry quite high.

Accessing the hotel by car is a little tricky the 1st time you do it! Don't miss that initial turn or it's a 10-15 minute detour to get back.

Rooftop lounge was enjoyable! Decent rooms! We would definitely return to this hotel!
