Very echo from app't next door. Doors don't have any felt to absorb the door closing which makes a loud bang. A broom in the app't would be helpful since we do bring in sand unfortunately. Netflix would also be nice for the guests who do not speak Spanish. The gym had no air conditioning and some of the weights are missing.

We liked the location (close to supermarket and 5th ave), cleanliness, balcony and staff polite.

The gym could be updated, it looked a lot bigger in the photos, so potentially misleading. As an apartment, it should have some essentials if you are providing the service. This includes dishwashing liquid and towel, oil, salt and pepper and also toilet paper. The neighbours above us were loud and we could hear them moving around. When they checked out, was quiet again.

We requested to upgrade to an apartment when we arrived and this was handled very quickly by our concierge. The apartment was spacious and clean. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, but it looked super inviting! It was also handy to have a laundry service downstairs. The location was great. About a 10 min walk to 5th Ave, supermarket and ADO Bus Terminal around the corners and also many restaurants.

Very hard to call or get a response prior to arrival. Also no exact address noted, very frustrating when nobody answers the phone and you are trying to check in after a long flight. Also, did not realize it was a condo not a hotel.

We had to pay via a paypal link prior to arrival and it took a couple of goes to get it to work. We had to pay in MXN pesos (not USD or AUD as indicated in my booking) and this subsequently pushed the rate up in our currency but it was still a great deal so no regrets.

The rooms were very clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy, free parking was great and the location was awesome. We didn't have any noise issues and slept very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay.

The check in process is terrible. I had to meet someone to pay in cash for one place I booked here and I ended up cancelling it.

The rooms are not to bad. They need upgrades but are ok.

Great location just steps away from 5th avenue and lots of bars and restaurants. Also a block away from the bus station and supermarket. Check in was easy and room was well equipped..nice swimming pool on the roof and free underground parking Bed was super comfortable

There was an issue with check-in and we were told that we had to pay when we arrived, however this had to be before 5 pm, with was not specified when making the booking and we found it very stressful. Also all of the towels in the bathroom were unusable as the fibres from the towel would go all over your body, and to get them off you would have to shower again, honestly this was very very inconvenient as it meant that we had nothing to dry ourself with for the entire stay.

We were switched to an entirely different building than what we booked. We ended up at Anah Downtown. We were travelling with friends who were in The Anah suites building. A HUGE hassle to go from one building to the other to just see each other. Our encounters with our Concierge Violeta were disappointing - at best. Be VERY careful - for the reservations "says" they supply towels. What they don't tell you is they supply 2 towels for your entire stay!!! They say they supply toilet paper. What they don't tell you is they supply 1 roll of toilet paper for your entire stay. They do not supply ANY - I repeat - ANY soap! No wash clothes (face clothes), no paper towels, no dish soap or dish towels. Can you believe we had to run to Mega for a bar of soap? AND....when I request these items from Violeta - she says, "Check your reservation." That's it - nothing else. OH! And guess what folks? IT IS in our reservation that they supply "towels" - they supply 2 towels, so that's how they get away with it. This experience was a bait and switch every step of the way! Go ahead and rent an apartment with this knowledge ahead of time!! We couldn't use the lovely balcony, because they didn't supply any patio furniture (btw - that IS in the reservation....lol!) Lastly, we did use the pool. but did not use rooftop spa. Was very dirty and pumps weren't working. Sludge on the water. Gross!

The apartment itself was very nice. Large. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, plates, glassware (and plastic) for our purposes. Bed comfortable. TV's worked well, and we could find English speaking stations. Mega was very close, thank goodness, to buy all the items we NEEDED and weren't supplied. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

We were 5 in the room but we had to fight to get 2 keys (they only wanted to give 1 at the begining...) We had to ask to have more toilet paper - the they answer "it's not included" The pictures didn't correspond exactly to what we got. The elevator only go up, not down... so when you are on the 4th or 5th floor... Staff is rude and very helpless

Josue, the Sunest attendant, didn't educate me upon check in on anything. He verified my reservation and that was it. During our stay, the reception had no answers to questions. Only Josue could help us with needs. He did not respond in a timely manner to texts sent to him. Only answered promptly when called from an unknown number. After 3 days of staying, we asked about fresh towels and Josue told us the schedule supposedly was a full cleaning one day, garbage disposal one day, then towel exchanged the third day. This never happened as stated! New towels twice in 10 days. We left towels on the floor(as signs stated in bathroom) in hopes we would get new towels. After sharing the same towel with my husband for 2 days, we finally were able to get fresh towels. A cleaning was only done once our entire stay, not as promised. Noise policy not enforced as stated per contract. I will never stay at this facility again. Very poor customer service. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told this was not part of the stay and we were forced to buy our own. This was my first time using Booking.com and I was not impressed.

The toilets didn’t work properly a couple of times. But they fix it after we tell them to do it.

This was a wonderful place to stay. So close to everything. Everyone is so nice in that building. From the concierge to the doorman. La quinta avenida is just 3 blocks away (5 minutes walking). The apartment was clean, cozy and modern. We had a great time at Anah Suites” and we would definitely come back.

Nice place im the center of Playa del Carmen. A good food stands just half minute away. Realy great Location. And the staff was realy nice. They helped us in everything we needed and were realy polite and friendly!

It was ridiculous how we had to take time out of our day to meet up with the staff to pay the second part of the hotel fee when they had our credit card info. Even weirder that she requested it in cash and not card. There was a huge puddle of dirty water on the tile that ran under the couch. Beds are not the most comfortable.
