Smaller things missing but Wifi is not very good, it does not have trash bins only one big one near the kitchen. And almost nothing to clean up with incase of an accident like a mop. And shower the water pressure is very low. Details you can live without Staff was there ontime and friendly.

Location is very good and apartments look safe. Its not noisy and place is for 6 people. Place was clean and they were able to give us the apartment ahead of time.

The apartment could be repainted and the faucet in the bathroom was sort of loose. There was a mat hanging in the closet area of my dorm room which was poorly placed and in bad conditions.

The location is perfect, the neighboring properties were quiet enough for a good night sleep.

No internet. A/c not explained, had to call for info on correct remote to use (which was in another room). No bedside lights, towels were filthy, and the paint was peeling off of the walls. The very worst was the black mold in every single room. There was no cleaning supplies for kitchen, fridge was gross. It would helpful to have a hose available for use on the outside pet friendly patio.

Secure parking, location and pet policy are the only three positive aspects of this place.

Overall, the unit was shabby, dirty and ill equipped. Most objectionable and dangerous was the stairway between the second and third floors. There were no railings on them, and when I was trying to get down them with my suitcase to leave, I lost my balance and without railings to grab, I fell three steps to the landing, breaking my right wrist and spraining my left wrist. Upon arrival, the hosts knew that two of us were staying for seven nights yet they equipped the bathroom (which smelled like sewage all the time) with just one roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, two bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths and no bathmat. When we asked for more, they provided just two more bath towels (one with a big hole in it), one hand towel, one bathmat, one ragged face cloth (or dish cloth?) and only two more rolls of toilet paper. The toilet was fussy and often required two flushes, half of the holes in the shower head were clogged and the toilet paper holder was broken. In the kitchen, there were no towels, no paper towels, no napkins nor dish soap, and although the unit is supposed to accommodate six people, there were only two coffee mugs. The air conditioning unit did not work in one of the two bedrooms. The stained mattresses on the beds did not have mattress pads under the sheets. The pillows had pillow covers under the pillowcases, but like the mattresses, they too were stained. There was no welcome information, such as recommendations for restaurants, things to do or nearby shops. There were no instructions for garbage and other housekeeping requirements. The wifi was very weak and the login info was incorrect. We had to ask twice before we received correct login info. There were no smoke or CO2 detectors.

The rate was great, and it was spacious and well located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, shops and restaurants. But...you get what you pay for :-(

No toilet paper. No washcloths or hand towels for kitchen or bathroom. These are absolute necessities! It would be nice to have a hair dryer and soap products for kitchen and bathroom. And a few extra added items in kitchen for convenience. The bathroom sink faucet is loose and very insecure. The refrigerator was leaking everyday. We had to put one of our only two towels in front of it. A couple of drawers in kitchen would not stay closed. This is a handi cap room I believe. We are seniors in our early 70s.

The location was nice. The size of the rooms. Nice table and chairs. Kitchen area was cute. Easy assability checking in and out. Good communiciation with manager. Cute little courtyard.
