There is nothing major to complain about; the only possible improvement is the breakfast, it is quite basic.

It is a beautiful little hotel within a very short walk from the beach. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and quiet.

I stayed at Arte Sano during a mum/daughter trip in April and we both loved our stay. The property is easy to reach by walking from the ferry. We arrived late and Victor sent me a virtual guide to the property and our room. Communication was amazing and all staff super friendly. The decorations of the hotel are very pleasant. The little pool is great and there are hammocks put up during the day for relaxing. The hotel is a very short walk from the beach. The location is awesome. There is some seaweed on the beach currently but it’s perfect for swimming nevertheless. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel each morning. Pancakes with fruit were our favourite. I would always stay at this place again! It felt very personal and welcoming! Victor can help with tours, transport, dinner recommendations or whatever you please!

The staff went far and beyond to help us. They recommended us what to do and visit in Holbox, booked taxis for us and helped us when our bike broke in the middle of the island. In general, a very nice experience with a very friendly and attentive staff.

The breakfast was great to have every morning. Walking around in the bright beautiful sun and walking around or sitting at the beach for hours at a time works up a surprising appetite, and even if you just have a small bite you'll be thankful it's available every morning to get your day started.

Nothing was really bad, but the swimmimg pool is really small and they allowed a couple with a baby to stay despite the hotel being adults only. Also, we stayed 9 nights and the breakfast buffet was the same every single day. Bringing a bit of variety (at least with fruits and juices) would make it even nicer It is a bit expensive for what it is but prices on the island are high

We had minor problems with the kettle at the toilet and the water leaked a little at the funnel. But nothing catastrophic :)

It is a nice and comfortable room, and the beach is just a few steps away. Excellent location and friendly staff. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning and hammocks by the pool during the day to relax :)

did not like the fact that it was not possible to get a beach chair by the beach even for extra money, as the hotel does not have direct access to the beach.(other hotels did not offer an option to book beach lounge chair) Breakfast in hotel could have been more varied. The internet connection sometimes just disappeared.

Perfect location, just 100 meters from the beach and same for the "city". Very helpful staff! We had booked for 4 nights,but decided to stay for 3 more nights because of the good location and beautiful island! The breakfast was simple,but had all the right things to start the day with.

The breakfast was a bit poor and always the same (we stayed 4 days and had the exact same breakfast every day). I would also suggest to provide with carpets or something to properly clean slippers as there is sand in the yard of the hotel (which I would rename as Suites, as it's not a classic hotel in my opinion) and everyday we were bringing sand in the room. Other than that we had a positive experience!

The host has been very responsive and helpful during our entire stay! Our room was nice, spacious with everything you need and close both to the beach and the centre of Holbox.

Great hotel near the beach. Victor was cool guy with a special sense of humor, I liked that. Breakfast and dinner included and all was vegetarian and so delicious! I had vegetarian food for the first time and my brain thought it was meat, it was so well prepared. Clean and calm accommodation, I would stay here again.

We had an issue with our bathroom, so we had to switch room, the breakfast and dinner are quite lacking, pretty basic to almost nothing. Bear in mind that the hotel also own a vegan restaurant, therefore, the food served is also vegan, no other option.
