They only leave one soap in the bathroom and I needed one for the shower and one for the sink. If I manage to get two, the next day the extra was gone e a new one was there as a replecement (but just one).

I had a long stay (~10 days). The location was great, close to the subway and it was a nice neighborhood. Breakfest was ok, it was good to have the option to eat there. The room didn't have air conditioning or a fan, so it was challenging during the day. The hotel also works as a place for couples to meet for a "quick encounter". It didn't really botter me, just when they were too loud lol. The staff was kind and the room was very clean.

I had an interior room that had no window to the outside, only to the interior of the hotel. That area is like a large echo chamber, so you hear noise constantly through the night. Under the right circumstances I suppose there could be an issue with carbon monoxide because of the cars going through the garage. In short, the interior rooms are very stuffy, so get a room facing the street (you'll pay more for this, but you'll probably sleep better).

Breakfast could be a bit better (it's the same everyday), our room had a view to the inside of the hotel actually which was not nice (always very dark in the room). And too much noise at night sometimes. Also we arrived at night and staff at reception didn't speak a word in English, luckily we spoke Spanish. Oh and yeah, hair dryer is a joke but does the job in the end

The restaurant facilities were not confortable or well structured. However the staff was nice.

Clean, 3 blocks to the metro station. We walked at 8pm and you could see other people on the street at the time (safe).

It is an excellent option. It has the highest value/price ratio I have seen in a long time. The personal is super polite and useful and the breakfast is all you need in quantity and quality. We had a great experience. If you are looking for excellent quality and a reasonable price don't think about it, this is the option you are looking for.

There's quite a lot of cigarette smoke in the hotel.

The location is excellent. It's 5 mins from Patriotismo subway and 7 mins from Condesa. The Escandon neighborhood is Condesa's shabbier, dirtier but much more lovable and authentic cousin. It has a nice range of cafes and a community vibe which is a great counter balance to Condesa's self love and occasional whiff of pretentiousness. The hotel doubles as a motel but isn't at all seedy and is great value.

NO WIFI. This is 100% true. I read some comments about this and thought it was a one time thing. Nope. There was never good wifi during my stay. Also, there was a loot of noise at 3 am, very loud music sounded like a huge party. I would suggest avoiding this or shutting people up before it annoys everyone else.

The location is perfect, very close to La Condesa, so you have a lot of options to eat and walk around nearby. The room was quite big, the bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom a very good size. Everything was clean, also friendly staff.
