How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They didnt respect the price of the booking app. They charged a diferent fare. I was too tired to argue. Lack of sofa at the room.
Good location. Front desk very polite and friendly. Overall good place.

I speak TEX MEX and 2 people there spoke English so i was always understood and not confused
great, walking distance to events and restaurants, great comfy suite, bed was nice, clean was excellent , Hot water big TVs and lotsa channels in English , free Breakfast was various offerings but i ordered from menu and it was very good for $5 liked the coffee , give you water you ask housemaids clean white towels were not scratchy.

The housekeeping and cleaning services was lacking in quality.
Shower was left uncleaned for last night, no towels were replaced in room on the last night.

The room the lock on the door would not operate with the card key and we had to change rooms.
The staff was friendly, not knowledgeable, but friendly.

The only issue was the single hot/cold faucet in the shower that would not regulate temperature at all. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold and kept alternating throughout non-stop. It's a known issue with those types of faucets though.
Nice clean spacious room and bathroom.

The other inhabitants' kids playing soccer in the parking lot, I like kids, but they need a field not a parking area to play their sports, maybe the Hotel could arrange a shuttle to take the kids to an area WHERE THEY COULD EXPEND THIER ENERGY.

Hotel offers free continental breakfast but it only consists of free coffee a toast and oatmeal they offered full breakfast but it will cost you I have no problem with that but they should of explained better during the booking process

Breakfast was included in the price. They gave me one banana, small bottle of yogurt and few cookies . How in the world you call it Breakfast??? Well, I went to the store, bought a bread, cheese and a ham. A then I made myself sandwiches. Now this is breakfast. Tho hotel wasn't bad, but too pricey considering that they cheated me with my breakfast. It should be cheaper then.
Very decent, comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable enough and clean.

the sink’s water stopper wasn’t working properly. breakfast bread was old , the chilaquiles were just hard no flavor not enough salsa looked like nachos instead, hard chips .The server was using used plates and using the kitchen spoon that touched the used plate. extremely unhealthy any contagious disease even Covid can easily spread for not having healthy measures.btw my room was charged twice, hopefully the refund will apply as promised .

I love your place, except the parking. Having to walk from parking lot to hotel carrying bags is not good. Parking lot near hotel has limited spaces.
Check in was a breeze and water pressure was good.

...it had a connecting door to another room and it was super creepy because I could hear the man in the room next to mine talking on the phone; While he was just a key away.

Actually this is more a suggestion to put more attention to details. The food pictures on the app make us think that the breakfast includes pancakes at least but it is not, you have to order that from the restaurant, Please be more accurate with that. My reservation was for 4 adults and they only put 2 towels on my room, therefore I had to ask everyday for more towels. Also the room description says it includes Iron and there was none. I have to go to the front desk and ask for one.
I like the rooms and the location. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They have 24 hour service that is a big plus. The area looks safe at least during my stay. I'll book again when visit this city.
