The beds were not the most comfortable....I could feel the coils in the mattress. I wished there were more towel racks to hang our towels in the bathroom Parking is behind the building. Not very clear or obvious how to get there since the entrance to the hotel itself is a pedestrian side street. There is also no direct access from parking lot to the hotel, you'll have to walk the dark back street and down the pedestrian street to the front entrance of the hotel. Our room "Golondrinas" had a window that looked out to the parking lot, so we felt better that we could see our car during the night This may be personal and picky but I have an aversion to towel racks placed directly over the toilet. Not the most sanitary place for them. Plenty of space in the bathroom for the towel rack to be placed on the wall opposite the toilet.

Loved the location on a side street with lots of vendors, food stalls (best bistec torta), and steps from the main plaza. Loved the colourful decor all over the hotel & in our room Loved the amount of space on our room and how clean it was. Hot shower was amazing. Bathroom was super spacious Breakfast included was good. But it was simple: just some sweet breads, coffee, cold cereal. We opted to walk into town for some delicious breakfast that was more substantial. All rooms are on 1st floor (above main floor) so be prepared to climb up a flight of stairs (wasn't an issue for us and our light duffle bags)

The staff was great and very helpful! The rooms are modern furnished and the bed is comfortable. They have a nice terrace upstairs where you can sit in the evening and relax.

They need to remove the pool/hamacas picture from their ad, does not have anything close to it. Overoll and without choices, the place is a good stay to visit the swallows cave, Las Huahuas, Mantetzulel and Tamul .

Small dinning area. But given the pandemic, understandable. Parking is shared with the bus station, doesn't feel very safe, but nothing happened.

The wall between our room and the next were a bit thin and we could hear some noises especially with the beds against the wall.

The hotel is very very cute in all aspects, so colorful and so detailed. We loved it, great A.C the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are great. The beds and pillows very comfy too. The breakfast the serve for free is so good too, we loved everything about this little hotel. So bright and colorful, I would highly recommend staying there.k

Loved this village. Not many other options to stay, but the hotel is perfectly located on the square. Staff friendly, rooms beautiful. Especially liked sitting on the balcony and watching the birds and people go about their days
