The rooms don't feel very clean, there were mosquitoes everwhere, especially in the bathroom. The beds were a bit hard but we had a good sleep anyway.

It was an ok stay. We were given the room literally next to the pool. After understanding that we wouldn't have quiet there, we requested to change the room and this was done with no problem. If you arrive early, like we did, they won't give you the room even if the hotel is empty, which is a bit annoying but understandable, just to pay almost a full night to check in early does not make sense. Even so, they let us use the facilities with no problem before and after check in, which we were greateful for. There's also water to fill in your bottles.

No plugs close to the bed. Bathroom curten does not prevent wet toilet area.

Next to the ADO bus station and all the restaurants you need and still very quiet during the day and night (room 110 pool side). So perfect location. There are 2 cute house cats. Room was fairly clean and bathroom sufficient with hot water. We were able to use storage and lounge to wait for our bus until 10 pm.

THE PLACE IS VERY GOOD LOCATED. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND DONT WANT TO FIND A PLACE FAR AWAY, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO WALK A FEW METERS AND GO TO A RESTAURANT WHO OFFERS COOKED FOOD TO TAKE AWAY, SO WE TAKE TACOS TO OUR ROOM. I WAS A RAINY SEASON, SO WE DECIDED NOT TO SWIM. LATER ON WE TAKE A WALK AND VERY NEAR OF THE HOTEL WE FIND NICE RESTAURANTS NICE AND GOOD PRICE. WE LIKED TO MUCH HERE THAT WE CANCEL HOTEL CLAUDIA IN MACUSPANA, TABASCO, WE DECIDED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT IN THIS BEATIFUL PLACE.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. As we arrived from the night bus and had to take another night bus the dat after, they arranged an early check in. And we were also able to leave our luggage and use all facilities such as pool and toilets until late in the evening. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds very super comfortable! Also they provide soaps and shampoo, the bathroom was okay. Airconditioning in the bedrooms. And most ideal was its location. literally 3 min walk from ADO bus station and all good restaurants.

Behind the hotel's garden there are 2 dogs and barked all night !

Very nice hotel just right across the street of ADO station. The ruins are super close. The hotel is in a hotel area in Palenque, lovely and quiet. However, to do the shopping or eat cheap street food (restaurants are pricey) need to walk a bit to the city center. I liked the pool. Also, I could stay after checking out while waiting for my night bus.

Pity that we had to pay extra to stay a couple of hours more, especially after we arrived quite late.

The shower pressure was a joke. It was almost possible to stay dry when under the shower.

The location was great for the bus station and collectivo to the ruins. Do not book a tour to the ruins as it's only 20 pesos each way with the collectivo. The room was spacious and the WiFi worked well. It was clean and the bed was pretty good. It is a short walk to town and there are a few nice places to eat right next to the hotel.
