Expensive, but overall was worth the cost. Loud construction noises lasted until 10 PM on our second night - one of the hotel roofs (next to our room) was being resurfaced. The noise occurred only on the second night.

Located directly across from the cathedral and the jardin. Staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming! Our room had a fabulous view of the cathedral from the large terrace. The bed was very comfortable.

Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.

I didn't realize the Cathedral's bells ring late into the night. Although our rooms had a beautiful view, the loudness from the street and bells was frustrating.

The rooms are modern and spacious. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The views were amazing! Having a functioning a/c was also a major plus.

Cantera 10 is a stunning historic hotel smack in the middle of Morelia. our room was a work of art with soaring ceilings, huge amounts of space and directly across from the cathedral.

The mix of antiques and modern designs, makes a great combination, highlights the original beauty of the hotel, excellent for couples, very romantic atmosphere.

The first evening, we were surprised to learn that the walls for the room are very thin and we could hear conversations of the guests next door. Thankfully, the hotel room came with 2 pairs of earplugs and the adjacent guests did not make too much noise, and there were no other guests the next evening. The wall is mounted very high on the wall and very uncomfortable to view from the bed.

The property is beautiful. We liked the size, amenities, and modern decor of the room. The patio and view of the cathedral were amazing. The location is excellent. Everything we wanted to experience in our 2-day visit was within walking distance. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The only thing was that it was very uncomfortable to eat outside because of all the people approaching us every other minute, asking for money or selling something.

The internet was my only gripe. The wifi was much , much slower than just using the data in my phone. In the room, the LG smart TV seemed to have an Ethernet connection. Tried watching something on Netflix at the end of the night and the connection seemed to drop very frequently. It took about 3 hours almost 4 in order to watch a 2 hour movie with all the restarting. I brought it up with the front desk before heading out for the day. They said they would take care of it, but when we returned, it wasn’t any better. The TV would give a message that the Ethernet connection was interrupted.

The location is fantastic as well as the staff. The hotel is very beautiful and loved the room.
