Hotel is nice on basic amenities but In Morelia you want to spend time more outside than in a Hotel.

Rooms seem to be smaller than what it is portrayed in Booking. Not allowed for late check out even for 1 hr. If you want to keep the luggage after checkout for 1 or 2 hrs you have to pay 100MXN to keep the luggage at reception. May be if its their policy then I guess ok, hope it is not selective.

Coffee and Cookies are complementary. Everything was clean, refrigerator, oven, TV, air fan all worked perfectly. Location is great and so near to central Cathedral. Restaurant are all nearby so no problems.

The stairs from the room with a king bed to a room with a bathroom were somewhat treacherous at night. Overall a good place, though.

The location was outstanding for walking around Morelia city center. There were plenty of restaurants, museums, and historical buildings all around. The kitchenette was well stocked, the apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in the Jr. Suite next to the seating area of the patio, Room #6. EVERY sound of the staff and guests in that entire patio area can be heard, whether it's late night or early morning, it is very noisy! Also, if you sit down on the toilet, the cover will close down on your back and you cannot keep it up.

Very nice colonial style hotel. Friendly staff.

It can be a Little noisy during the night, due to the doorbell being to loud, and since they close the principal door of the hotel at night, every guest has to ring to enter

Cleanness. Many things were broken like the shower handle. It was very loud from the streets. The complementary breakfast wasn’t good. Cookies were old and coffee didn’t taste good. Not enough blankets or towels. The parking is far from the hotel.

Our room (number 3) had no windows OR ventilation. It was AWFUL and thick and hot and swampy. I also was not feeling well and the lack of air flow made me feel so much worse. There was a nice large fan, but since there's not other air flow it just moves around old, hot air. The lobby is really loud echoes -- so starting around 6am you'll hear people talking, children screaming and a dog barking pretty consistently through the whole day.

This is a tricky review because the hotel as a whole is lovely. It's old and beautiful and perfectly located, and the staff are all wonderful. The room was as dark as a cave because it was all thick old walls. Yummy morning coffee and so well decorated, literally gorgeous.
