Like most places in Mexico, they could use a little more light in the bathroom and our room did not have hot water, other rooms said they had no problem.

Hotel was 2 blocks from main street and restaurants. Unfortunately, this trip they were redoing the main street with sidewalks and road so it was a little hard to get around and a lot of the shops were closed due to construction. When this is completed that area will be great. The hotel was great and everyone, including guests were friendly, also it was quiet.

The bed was very soft although we prefer a firm bed. There were a lot of firecrackers (?) going off at the church which were quite annoying as they went late at night and early in the morning (6:00 AM). Could use dish soap for cleaning up the dishes.

The location was quite good as it was a short walk to the main town plaza and lake. Close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good with some variety on different mornings.

Surrounded by more pricy b&bs in the heart of the town not far from the malecón. Fresh fruit was awesome. Coffee ready every morning at 8:30! Bed was awesomely comfortable. Clean. Charming, sweetly decorated hotel very close to everything in the old part of Ajijic. Loved the gardens with high ivy covered walls where breakfast was served. Lovely hand painted touches in the rooms. Quiet and peaceful.

Getting breakfast a bit earlier, starting at around 7:30, would have been helpful.

Breakfast was good. At the front desk Jesus was a huge help.He made my long distance bus reservation. A concert on a Saturday night in the bar and restaurant area was wonderful!

The location of Casablanca Hotel is great few blocks from the center of the town and across a fabulous restaurant "Domennech", the room was comfortable and clean, no AC and it was hot but a fan was helpful. The breakfast was nothing to talk about, but there are plenty of great places around.

Due to an air bnb fail, we had to quickly book another place in Ajijic. Casa Blanca was extremely accommodating and even moved us to a new room at no charge on the second day because we needed a refrigerator. The staff were awesome and assisted in many ways, including laundry services.

Sometimes the hot water didn't last as long as I would like in the shower.

The locations was perfect and within walking distance to many shops/resturants etc. Bed super comfy. Very clean. Staff very friendly especially Brenda and Jesus.

As the website stated that the INternet was available, it was very disappointing that it "did not work" when I arrived. That meant that I had to go to the coffeeshop each day to catch up with my email. The place right across the street did have email, and so, when I was told that "this entire area has internet problems," I was confused.

I LOVED the ambiance and the decoratorations; I have been to the Middle East and it so reminded me of that time. The staff was WONDERFUL! And the continental breakfast was good. I also really liked the music that was playing all of the time.
