I think it is freshly redecorated because everything looked so new. I found finally a shower working in Mexico :)) There is fridge in the room and also always fresh water at the reception. They offered us good recommandation for breakfast & dinner so we really appreciated.

The only thing I would change is the curtains that are almost see-through, so at night the light of the garden came through quite strongly. I used an eye mask and problem solved.

We had a very short stay but the hotel was beautiful, we would have like to hang out in the pool or the pretty gardens. The man who was working there was extremely nice, he helped us with the luggage and gave us good recommendations about traveling in the area. The room was well decorated and comfortable. I would recommend it for a longer stay, it's very close to the center but you cannot hear anything from outside. Very quiet!

Sweet and helpful people. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well looked after, same goes for the whole hotel area. The style of the hotel was so cool. I'd stay here again I I ever come back.

The hotel is so pretty and extremely well located. It almost feels like being in a traditional mexican hacienda when inside the property. The bed was extremely comfy, the room spacious, all the amenities worked well and the swimming pool came in good to beat off the heat!

There’s a bar next door that can get pretty loud at night, make sure to bring earplugs. The restaurant is not on the same property, so keep that in mind in case you planned to go in your pijamas.

Good location if you’ll rather not be in the middle of Playa’s action although it’s not the prettiest neighbourhood. Several supermarkets and restaurants only a couple streets away. The beautiful decor makes you feel you really are in Mexico, I loved the gardens. Rooms are sparkling clean.

Location was great, staff was very helpful and spoke Spanish and English OK. Rooms were comfortable, WiFi worked, hot water in the shower. There wasn’t much noise from the party part of the town, so no complaints. Held luggage after checkout in a secure room.

On the weekend the noise from the night club was loud but a little quieter during the week .Probably difficult to find quite accommodation in playa

Location is excellent. 7 minutes walk to both the bus stations in Playa and 3 streets back from the main strip, so quiet but easy to get to the beach/shopping. The hotel is very quiet which I loved. Huge rooms and a nice pool. A really lovely place to stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. Super cute, very Mexican style and super well looked after. The staff was super nice and the walk to the beach is very easy and safe. Also on the way from the hotel to the beach you can find the best food I ever had. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

Only minor details but would have liked a bedside lamp and maybe a few more seats/beds round the pool.

I loved the colourful Mexican decor and my room was comfortable light and spacious. Small hotel with a family feel. The staff including those at reception, the cleaners and gardeners are friendly and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Good to have a swimming pool too.

Nothing, everything was fabulous from beginning to end of my stay.

Everything, Great location, excellent facilities, Restaurants, shops, bars within 100 metres of hotel.10 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue. 3 minute walk to walmart supermarket. Helpful, kind and beautiful staff. secure, peaceful, calm setting. Great pool, cleaned everyday 7.30am. Very well managed hotel with diligent staff. I booked 2 weeks stayed 10.

They did not have parking a lot but the reception guy was extremely helpful and nice, and helped us to find a private parking.

If you want a authentic Mexican experience I recommend you to stay in that place 😁 it’s close to many restaurants and 12min walk to the 5ta avenida, playa del Carmen, a big avenue with many options of stores and restaurants 🇲🇽🥰

Unfortunately we arrive late in the night and there was no space for parking there, so we had to pay the Park in front of the hotel.

Beautiful place, full of color and a very nice architecture, the room is cozy and spaceful. Everything was cleaned. Place is really cose to the main street!
