The hosts were such wonderful and kind people - they went out of their way to make us comfortable and even had basic essentials in the kitchen and a large bottle of water when we arrived late. The place was clean and tidy and a very slick operation with fast internet. Would love to stay again. We hired a scooter and the hosts let us park it inside the gate and gave us rain jackets when it was raining. Wonderful and caring hosts - in a lovely location

Everything was fine

It’s like at home, everything was fine and worked well, good Wi-Fi, clima, well equipped apartment with lovely details and it was also very clean! Yoli want to explain you multiple ways to reach the centre in few minutes! They’re also multiple ways to reach the beaches, if you want to rent a bike or scooter she will arrange it for you. Personally I was in Cozumel as an Ironman participant and I reached the start line without stress in the race morning, I had also the vantage of a kitchen to cook my meals for the carbo loading. Yoli came also along the course to cheer on! It was a beautiful stay on the island that we won’t forget!!!

It's a 20 min walk from the centre.. but it was nice to get the steps in though! 🚶‍♂️we would still give this place 10/10 because we knew where it was when we booked in

It is definitely off center. We enjoyed being in a more local neighborhood but it is a bit far from the center of Cozumel.

The place is like a small apartment, very well designed. The hosts are extremely friendly and seem to have thought about every detail to make our stay comfortable. We had a big jug of drinking water. Coffee. Everything needed to cook. They sent us information about places to eat and visit.

The location is a bit off downtown, but taxis are easy to get and cheap. A rental car is also a good idea.

The bed was very firm, this is just me being picky. My wife enjoyed it very much. The stairs are a little steep.

Yazmin and David were very welcoming and kind, the location was wonderful and they even reserved a parking spot for our rental car. The fresh fruit was a great touch and the coffee and water were just what we needed. The A/C units worked very well. The city view from the rooftop was really nice and the table and benches were great as well. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen set up works well and there is a nice couch to rest on downstairs, upstairs we had a table and chair/bench to relax at as well. I recommend Casa de Yoli to everyone.

Amazing host. So helpful in every way. Attentive to all our needs and available for anything we needed. Beautiful family. The accommodation was beyond our expectations. Comfy bed. Air con and fan. Good cooking facilities. Microwave. Electric hob. Full size fridge. Coffee machine and coffee. Flat screen tv with excellent WiFi. Netflix etc.The bathroom was well equipped with a nice shower. It really did cover every single thing we could need. Location was in a local neighbourhood with restaurants and shops not too far away. It’s around a 30 minute walk to the ferry terminal and downtown area. I would recommend a bike or scooter which the host kindly helped with. Not due to location but on Cozumel you pretty much need one to see the Best of the island without guided tours. It really was a faultless super stay. Thank you.

Great accommodation. Yazmin and her family were great and helped us with tips on local beaches and rentals. Apartment was one of the best we stayed in our trip to Mex. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Wifi veeery fast and stable.

Lovely, modern, very clean apartment, with a comfy bed. Strong WIFI.. The kitchenette was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water. Yolanda and Yasmin were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is also a binder filled with lots of info about Cozumel, including restaurants. We would happily stay here again!

Not the most comfortable to work from but there are loads of cafes with good WiFi in the town 20-30 min walk away!

Owners are amazing! So helpful and kind and nothing felt too much trouble. Clean, good air-con and Great WiFI and despite being a little out the way I never used public transport or Taxis - felt very safe to walk even at night on my own.

It was a lovely stay at Casa de Yoli, and I felt at home as soon as I arrived because of the very thoughtful little touches that were done. Not only was there a big folder with useful tips/menus/maps etc, but the host sent me so many useful tips to my whatsapp too! The apartment was cleaned impeccably, with a notice for the covid precautions they had taken which made it the most thorough place I've stayed in the pandemic. There was even ice in the freezer and popcorn ready for a movie night! It may not be situated directly in the heart of the town, but you can easily rent a bicycle from them, and it was quite nice to be able to walk away from the busyness to stay here, plus such good value for money!

THE LOCATION IS NOT IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE WERE TWO VERY RUSTED AND OLD VEHICLES PARKED DIRECTLY IN FRONT ON THE PLACE. ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF JUNK AND DEBRIS/GARBAGE ON OR NEAR THE STREET THAT WE HAD TO WALK BY, WHICH WAS NOT GREAT TO SEE. THE PLACE INSIDE IS VERY SMALL. WE ENDED UP USING THE COFFEE TABLE TO SIT ON TO HAVE OUR MEALS.

THE HOST WAS NICE AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE FREE DRINKING WATER. THE LOCATION WAS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO MR. TACO AND LE MISSION RESTAURANTS, A SMALL SUPERMARKET AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE PLACES.

the location is not good.. very far away from the central era and the way there is scary at night and not very pleasant during the day also a lot of dogs barking next to the apartment so it is hard to sleep the shower room is next to the kitchen era not super comfy the windows are to the street so for privacy you don’t open them so it feels like a place with no windows

Izabel and her mother was super nice and helpful!! the apartment is nice and has everything you need for cooking the shower is great! hot water and good water pressure a big mineral water container
