Ten only inconvenience is that there is no reception and everytime you need something you have to go look for the staff usually in the kitchen, which is in the first floor from the rooms in the second floor.

The rooms were very well appointed, beds comfortable and nice linens. The staff was amazing and very responsive and helpful. The grounds and the views were lovely and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning. Very walk-able to town.

Such a lovely, comfortable and quiet oasis! I was so happy to be staying at this lovely hotel - the accommodations were great - bed sooooo comfortable with beautiful linens! The food was delicious at each meal. I only wish I spoke Spanish so I communicate how much I enjoyed my stay. Every member of the staff was so kind!

It would have been nice to be able to let ourselves in and out of the property but I felt great that it was secure. Providing a good menu could also improve the dining experience.

The property was beautiful and there was clearly a lot of attention to detail. I loved it! The staff was very attentive and accommodated. We felt very well celebrated and taken care of!

Very comfortable, authentic and tasteful place to find some peace and quiet. Kind and attentive reception, very good Mexican breakfast. The highlight for us were the colourful garden and the heated pool. Very close to the centre yet quiet - beautiful view!

It would just be nitpicking and not deserving of an amazing experience

This a hidden jewel in Tepotzlan! I’ve been to other places here but the attention to details and client is fabulous! Its close enough to downtown and restaurants but no need to eat outside as the food is fabulous. All of this is due to the hands on of the business by the owner Marcela who runs a tight ship and is herself a remarkable lady.

There is really not much I can say that is not to like! Sometimes, the dogs from neighboring houses would bark in the middle of the night. I would just shut my windows and that took care of that issue. But that's only because my room was closest to the street also. I wear earplugs normally, so it doesn't phase me.

This is my second time staying here, and this time I brought my mother with me. She LOVED her stay. The house is beautifully decorate, the pool is heated, everything was immaculate, the breakfast filling and delicious, and the service very warm and friendly. Plus - free parking! Beautiful views, gorgeous garden, and screens on the windows. Highly recommended.

Authentic Clean Comfort Staff Convenient location

Our only minor hiccup was when we had purchased a bottle of wine to enjoy on our balcony of the room. There was a 300 peso charge to open the bottle and provide glassware for the wine. That was more than what we paid for the bottle!

The hotel is IMMACULATE. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the pool is heated, and it is such a nice, relaxing environment. We were able to extend out checkout to 3pm by paying a fixed rate of 200 pesos per hour (after the 12pm checkout time). This was great for us as we could hang out by the pool on our last day! I'll definitely return with my mother and stepfather in a couple months.

The proprietor is in charge of processing credit card payments and she may not always be around. We had to wait for about 30 mins to do the check-out.

The proprietor greeted us and was around to make sure our stay was being pleasant. Breakfast was very well served. Rooms were clean and spacious.

One or two times cleaners came in and didn’t knock. Paying at end was a bit confusing, lack of English.

Coffee machine in room would have been nice, to be able to have coffee when waking up instead of having to wait until kitchen is ready. Sometimes we could only get very hot water from the bathroom sink faucet. No cold water.
