There was no AC in the room and opening the windows didn’t help! However, the manager did provide us with two fans. This was our fault for not knowing that AC is not common in CDMX.

Staying at Casa Emilia was a delightful experience. The property was beautiful and serene, the service was impeccable. I absolutely loved the neighborhood, it was super convenient and had a lot of amazing restaurants. I look forward to coming back.

very friendly staff - available 24/7 to help with each and every request. The place feels very cosy and like a second home away from home. The neighbourhood and location are great if you want to wander around Mexico. We had a late evening flight and the staff was super helpful in keeping our luggage, keeping us company and giving complimentary food and beverages. A must-visit when coming to Mexico City !

Not all rooms have air conditioning and Mexico City can get very hot. The room was located above the dining room and kitchen which was impacted by inconsiderate guests

The host didn't speak much English but she could understand English and I had very elementary Spanish - we were able to communicate fine but slowly. She did however charge me $15 more than the Booking.com receipt said I would be charged, and I didn't end up bringing it up due to the language barrier.

Very cute hotel, loved the fountain in the middle of the property that provided calming water noises throughout the day. Bikes for rental, easy to get into the property, and a comfy common area and breakfast area. The location is decent, good for exploring both Polanco, Condesa and Roma Norte - but it is a walk to all of those neighborhoods.

Beautiful boutique Casa with lovely staff. Decorated very tastefully. Lovely roof terrace and courtyards areas for relaxing. Very safe area with lots of lovely restaurants and for the more energetic a 30 to 45 minute walk ( or easy Uber) to the Anthropology museum and centro historico. Staff were super helpful despite the language barrier and a nice variety of breakfast options. I would recommend the Huevos Mexicana ( Mexican eggs)

The accommodation is small and beautiful. With only a few rooms, you feel very comfortable and welcome. Everything is stylishly decorated and the breakfast is delicious.
