The workout facilities could use an upgrade.

The views are amazing and above the hustle and bustle of Guanajuato. Easy taxi rides down the hill to the central part of the colonial city. Quite home like. Breakfast on the patio each day was a delight. Beautifully decorated with Mexican artesanía. The staff will arrange taxis, drivers to San Miguel, massage therapists, restaurant reservations, and day trips. Super friendly and helpful. We extended one day. Tranquilo. Excellent value. As pictured on the booking site. Clean and colorful.

The grounds were so lovely it will make everywhere else we stay pale in comparison

That we had to leave and we were only there for 2 days!

The staff helped us set up tours and were there for all of our needs. They call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in our room breakfast was top quality and like I said before the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Have them make you a mojito they pick the ingredients out of their own garden it's amazing!!!

can’t just walk into town. need a car. not because of distance but because no shoulder to walk on road and drivers drive fast so no east walking path.

Absolutely everything! Felt like I was at home, but with a significantly better view! Booked the suite with the hot tub on the terrace....wow! Staff were welcoming, accommodating, and above all, lovely. Location is a couple of miles out of town, up the hill, which offers the peace and quiet that was being sought, and close proximity for exploration day or night. A hidden gem!

Breakfast was very good, basic selection but fresh and tasty. The staff is amazingly kind and attentive. You feel like you are the only guest in the hotel! I would definitely go back any time.

Finding it. Went to the same address across the city and we were in the middle of a slum. discovered there was another place with the same address and finally found the place after driving around it about 3 times. Not easy to find.

Liked everything. We had a gorgeous room with a gorgeous terrace and enjoyed a spectacular breakfast out on the covered porch. We loved everything about the place.

Finding the place in the first place. Went to a place across the city in the middle of the slums and the street names were identical. Then we discovered there was another street with the same name and we went to that. It was VERY difficult to find the place even though we knew we were at the correct address. Once we found the place, it was Heaven.

The breakfast was wonderful and we ate outside on the covered porch with beautiful views. The place and our room exceeded expectations; all was beautiful and very comfortable.

the bed in the master room was very small and uncomfortable. we suggest they install curtains due to the natural light crashing in at sunlight.

None. Well there was one time when the hot water didn’t run, but it was quickly solved by the hotel once we reported it.

The location is splendid. We stayed at Santa Ana Room and the view was exceptional, looking down towards Guanajuato from the hill. The staff is ready to help us with anything via text. Santa Ana is an apartment like room, and the cooking utensils provided were very generous. Definitely will go back here again.

At first we wished we were located closer to a commercial area where we could walk for a coffee or a snack, but soon we realized the natural environment was better!

Beautiful facility with gorgeous views of Guanajuato. Immaculate! Loved the chirping birds outside our window!!! Excellent breakfast! Super friendly staff!

The bed was ok but not great. The toilet didn’t flush very well. Too difficult to get down into the city where restaurants were. The cook prepared lunch for the staff but it was not an option for guests which we found odd and somewhat unfriendly.

The pool, the view and the breakfast were nice.
