The only downside was that the ceiling fan and ac unit were coated with a thick layer of dust. When we turned on the ac, there were huge dust bunnies all.over. not ideal for allergy and asthma symptoms.

Great staff, easy check in and out. Pet friendly, a huge plus. Really cute outside areas. There's parking, and it's really close to Xcaret and the Cozumel auto ferry. Good for an overnight stay.

The humidity of the room was a bit much to be honest but if you leave the windows open it’s all good! Jaccuzzi was freezing cold

A lot of traffic noise next to pool as it is very close to Main Road.

We were 3 and had to make the sofa bed up. No big deal! The air con was not working upstairs so had to change. The pool water slightly cold.. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on a very busy road so can get very noisy ! The staff was top.

Maintenance issues and the location is outside town just off of Main Highway . When I checked in Water flow from bathroom sink was a trickle so it was unusable. The next day maintenance came to fix and after that water sprayed all over the counter

Breakfast needs improvement. Location is bit out of the way, you will need a car or have to get a taxi to get to places.

Rooms weren't ready- we were taken to 2 rooms that weren't ready before they found one for us. Funky smells, furniture was not really clean. Bed was comfy and clean though. Breakfast didn't open till 8 or 9, so you could miss it if you are doing a tour

Didn’t realize that there is no fridge in the room, but we stayed only one night so I asked receptionist to put some items in their fridge. The evening we arrived there was no hot water and bathroom smelled, but in the morning the problem was resolved.

We enjoyed breakfast very much, that day they served fish filets, fries, tortillas, pancakes, fresh fruits, eggs. Everything was tasty, except the coffee. Hotel has jacuzzi area with hammocks that you need to book in advance, 1 hour per day for free is allowed per room. Staff talk English which is very helpful and everyone are friendly. The room was quite big, bed of good size. Territory looks beautiful in the daylight and at night. We had a good sleep, was quiet. Good quality for price, had a discount on booking.

*if you are quite tall , the size of bed might be a problem for you. as my height were 165 cm , it was almost too short for me , the width is good, but the bed itself is short. * shower ameneties were broken and coud not really use them, but we had our own with us , so we did not had really a problem with that.

at the beginning we were a bit worried about the location , cause its next to a road with huge traffic, but infact inside the territory ,you dont hear a bit! * we were surprised by the large two floor room, and it was decorated nice with a kitchen. * the pool was quite large and we enjoyed it. *next to pool theres a restaurant that offers food with good portion sizing. *another highlight is breakfast they offer swedish style breakfast with options . *hotel offers free comfortable car parking right next to the main enterance.

Very weak wifi connection to our room, we needed to be close to the lobby or restaurants to have good signal. The first day, we found water leaking from the kitchen sink all over the floor. They could fix the problem at the same night. We would have liked to have the kitchen a bit cleaner. We had to wash the kitchen utensils before cooking.

We liked the big swimming pool, the apartment was spacious enough to keep your things tidy. The shower has good hot water pressure.

Staff in the restaurant seems kinda sad and distracted 😕 I can't imagine why they had that attitude but I hope they had good conditions to smile plenty.

The complex was beautiful, very nice for a big family or persons who wants to manage a long stay in the Riviera Maya. I'd recommend this place to my friends!
