You definitely need a mode of transport if you are going to stay here. Luckily we had a moped so it was easy to get to the middle of Tulum, to cenotes and to the beach. The hotel rents out bikes and scooters. Breakfast was quite expensive so we didn’t each there much.

Very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. It is on the edge of Tulum so it was mostly quiet. The pool was very refreshing with comfy sunbeds to relax on. The room was clean and had everything we needed with a comfy bed, warm shower and AC. The staff were very friendly. The coffee was good! It was great value for money.

All great.. the only thing that could be improved is the shower floor.. The bathroom gets quite wet after having a shower, it didn't particularly annoy us, being it quite hot it also dries off quite quickly! :)

Location is great if you don't want to be in the middle of Tulum's nightlife and noise, we had a car so it was quickly reachable but they also have bikes that you can use to go around. Bed was VERY comfortable, the room clean and the outdoor space nice and chilled. The staff is really nice and helpful! We stayed one more night than what planned and we would definitely be back if in Tulum again.

The sign out front is very small and it can be hard to find, even when you know where is is. lol

I really love this place! It’s right off the highway but it is super quite. You have your own casita that are very spacious and clean. Camillo is amazing and is always there to help with anything and always making sure all is well with your stay. There’s bikes included if you like, which is amazing. This is the first trip I made and did not rent a car and the location was great. They have scooters and ATVs to rent at a reasonable price too. The pool is nice, they clean it every morning and set it up really nice with many daybeds, loungers and hammocks. My fur baby loved the place and was very welcomed. And I will close with one of the best parts, the chef is amazing! The food is fantastic and he makes the best drinks also! Large portions and priced very well along with the best service ❤️ I booked for a week but stayed for two. I highly recommended.

My only concern is the walk to the restaurants area, you have to walk next to very busy road and there is no side walk, tho the walk is short and you can get free bike (on a bike it’s not a problem at all). You can also rent a scooter there, so it’s a very solvable problem :)

It was great, I really enjoyed it! Very comfortable and the stuff was 100 out of 10. Chef was great and his salsa is absolute fire! I don’t know how to eat now without it to be honest :) Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Cenotes are close by, very short ride on a bike. Overall, we’re very happy with our choice and totally recommend this hotel.

The location is beautiful and they did everything as was advertised. If you're looking for a resort experience this is not it but it is exceptional - we will be back!

The water in the shower is not very powerful and the shower space is missing a henge that could prevent water going everywhere. An additional bin in the room would be good. we had only one for the toilet.

The property is in the jungle. It is on the main road but still quiet as you are surrounded by jungle everywhere. If you have a car it is good option,otherwise it could be bit tricky to get to the center of Tulum. There is a fitness room, the staff was super friendly. The villas are spacious ans nicely arranged, there is fridge and coffee machine and a veranda with wooden chairs. We have booked actually only 2 nights but we decided to stay one day more.we enjoyed our stay here.

It was farther out from the center than we realized. It's walking distance to a few restaurants, but a car or bikes would make it easier to access more. Fortunately, there's parking available if you have a car.

The hotel had a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The rooms were spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. What truly stood out to me was the fact that they offered free bicycles, allowing us to explore the area at my own pace. I think the bikes should have lights on them for riding in the dark. Maybe some that they users can take off and bring with them so they don't get stolen.

Friendly staff, received good recommendations and advice from Mario in particular! Close to the city of Tulum but not in the city. Giving you just that bit more of quiet at night. Good amenities, especially the free bikes and free parking.

The showers do not have a door/closing thus the bathroom floods easily. The bedroom curtains do not fully block out light which can be an issue for light sleepers.

Location — quite far from everything; taxis or bicycles are the way to go. The bicycles were available to use for free, but we had some difficulty with them. First we had to put the chains back on properly, and then we had to stop twice en route at bicycle repair shops due to tire problems. Thankfully there are those shops all over, and they're not very expensive! We stayed in a room with a doorless bathroom, which we hadn't realized. It worked, but it's something to keep in mind!

Quiet, peaceful, jungle-like. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (juice, coffee, fruit, eggs, and toast). The pool was very nice. Overall it was a really good place to stay!
