Very pleasant family-owned small hotel with lush garden and pool. Staff was very sociable and helpful, e.g. with arranging a sail boat trip on the lagoon. Good location close to restaurants, town center and lagoon shore.

For someone the breakfast could be a little bit simple but it was ok for us.

The hotel has the excellent location in Condesa neighborhood. The area is very safe and having Mexico Park next to the hotel is the big plus. It is in the walking distance from Roma Norte and also there is easy access by UBER for any part of Mexico City. Our Junior Suite on the first floor had the small patio which was great. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The very good coffee machine in the lobby is available 24/7.

They spray a scent in the lobby and in the room. If you are sensitive to smells like I am, this is very unpleasant. Luckily, they stopped spraying the scent in my room at my request which was great but I still had to go eat in the lobby with the scent.

Everything! Great location across from a beautiful park and many restaurants, shops nearby. Hotel has a lot of charm and it’s spotless. ALL of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Lovely rooftop seating area for a quiet glass of wine before dinner. Would stay there again!

The espresso coffee pods were out of stock by Sunday morning and I think the non-dairy milk (soy or almond) was as well. Would have loved if they labeled the pitchers as to what milk was in each for us lactose-intolerant people.

Having the continental breakfast included was a highlight. All the staff were very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect.

We had the jr suite and while lovely it was dark as it faced the interior of the hotel. Window in bedroom but faces a high hedge. A room facing the park would be ideal.

Slight noise in the room from the street and park outside. Seating area in the lobby was very small so we had to eat our breakfast in our room.

Perfect location with a park and restaurants on the same street. The area felt very safe and the staff were helpful. The room had a fridge and microwave and a small seating area. It's an older building but the rooms are newly renovated.

The breakfast would be okay for people just staying for a few days. However, for a stay for a week - it wasn't great. Everyday they served the exact same items, so it was too repetitive to eat there day-after-day. There are plenty of great places for breakfast within a 10 minute walk, so staying at a place where you don't pay for breakfast at all would have been a better choice for us economically.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is amazing - right across the street from the park and surrounded by beautiful tree-lined streets chocked full of excellent restaurants and cafes. We stayed for a week and thought it was a wonderful choice - at the beginning and end of any excursions outside of La Condesa, we could return to the beauty of the neighborhood.
