No hotpot in the room. Breakfast foods tasted good but could be hotter (everything precooked was luke warm). No bottled water in the room.

There was no such thing.

The location of the hotel is excellent - overlooking the sea, close to the ferry terminal and walking distance to the center. The rooms are clean, spacious and nice, with good views. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so you can have a good night sleep there. There are cool locally produced cosmetics in the bathroom, which turned out to be very good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is good (you can order different types of eggs, an waffles) and it starts serving from 7 am. There is a very nice terrace with a small pool and the sea view - we met sunrise there in the morning and it was very peaceful and beautiful.

Great location. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. Also, the dock for scuba pick up is right across the street. I will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is very clean. The employees are friendly and courteous. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. We had a deck that looked right out to the SanMiquel harbor and malecon. There was a breakfast buffet that ran from 7:00 am to 11:30 am and the food was filling and good. There is a swimming pool on the main floor that is very nice with lounge chairs and a view.

Location. We can stroll around the downtown area. Easy to catch a cab to any beach or site to see. The included breakfast was very good and the staff were very accommodating.

For people who want a swimming pool there is one but it is tiny. We weren’t concerned about that.

Great location on the malecón. Extremely clean. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Roomy and well laid out. We had a little table and chairs, a mini fridge and plenty of cupboard and closet space. Good value. We would definitely book again if we return to Cozumel.

We were on the fifth floor facing the back of the building (which was fine) but often there was a noise from outside that penetrated, perhaps a generator?

Great location, close to city square, with very good ocean view by the pool deck. Excellent breakfast buffet where they will make many different foods to order, and with excellent service. Hotel staff is always willing to help with any request or just to chat.

We loved the location close to all activities on the main square downtown and restaurants. The pickup at the pier was a few short blocks away. Breakfast was wonderful.

Our room at the back over-looked some desolate buildings, but we paid a low price. We spent our time on the terrace with its beautiful view.

The location worked very well for me. It was a short taxi ride to my dive shop. I was downtown and could walk out of the hotel for meals or shopping. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection of foods.
