We liked everyone staff was very helpful and they offer complimentary car service within 2 miles from the hotel which is very convenient

The location was perfect a few minutes away from the action but in a more quiet part of town. It’s a brand new property and we had a nice room in the back far from the street.

Very pricey but went in high season and booked at last minute.

Beautiful very small boutique hotel with very kind and attentive staff and yummy breakfast included on lovely rooftop terrace. Included airport transfer and local rides (and a great cocktail). Nice evening turndown service with a treat helped make for a luxurious stay. Very helpful arranging a driver to regional sites. Memorable holiday trip in the heart of Oaxaca City.

The room was rather small and had no windows. It was the least expensive one in the hotel, but anyway. Everything else was perfect!

The best thing was having a car and driver at our disposal to drive you around town. The staff was wonderful

The coffee at breakfast- it was a little weak for our taste but there are many great coffee shops in town. I tried the latte to see if that was better but still not strong enough.

The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is served from 7-11 on the outside terrace which was lovely. The hotel is expensive but completely worth it. Turn down service at night - the shower was fantastic - perfect water pressure. Hotel was spotless and very clean. The location is close to the city center and very walkable but if you need the hotel staff will take you anywhere within the city (2 MIles) which was a nice bonus. No Uber in Oaxaca so this was a really convenient service. There is a bar on the terrace for nice cocktails in the evening( 2 on the house!!)

There is nothing to dislike about this property, but a swimming pool would’ve been nice on hot afternoons.

We enjoyed all elements of our stay, but the staff was beyond exceptional! They took care of us like family! Even bought me a birthday cake and sang for me.

Beautiful property. Excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Hotel felt very much like a home away from home. I loved have the beds turned down at night with little treats and the TV set to a nature channel to help relax. Also loved they didn’t use any plastic and provided high quality glass water bottles that you could refill in the lobby.

The bedroom does not have a garden view - so would have preferred to be upstairs. But otherwise really stunning.

The whole hotel was great, so welcoming and always went out of their way to assist us. Helped with tour guides and ensured we were well managed. Breakfast was great and even accommodated different requests

Not a lot of public space to use outside of the rooms and the rooms don't have much other than a bed and dresser. Our larger room only had one chair to sit on. But the place was very nicely newly renovated , tasteful and very clean. Large spacious bathroom too. .

Jasmine the day Manager was a highlight, she is extra friendly, helpful and attentive!! Hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides car service to and from the airport as well as in the city limits for free. a big bonus.
