Hotel is beautiful, very modern. Staff sincerely helpful. Who knew the best of everything are all in our corner of town. The burger truck, La Brocha hélados , Toscana pizzeria, sandwich restaurant with chaya limonade, Inglesia de San Roman with the iconic black Jesus, and the nightly scene in and around the park next to the church is so full of life, including the basketball court, people of all ages are playing. And the océan front promenade is just a stone’s throw away. And the communal kitchen/ fridge really works well!

The room was a bit dark when the window shutters were closed. There were no chairs in the room when we arrived, but we solved that by bringing in a couple of deck chairs from the pool area. These were minor inconveniences.

They did not provide breakfast except for very good coffee. That being said, the common area (sitting room and functional kitchen) was excellent. The pool was small but well maintained and refreshing. It is located in the Barrio San Roman, about a 12 minute walk from centro and from the main mercado. San Roman cathedral, 1 block away from the hotel, is very old and very interesting. It is 2 blocks in from the malycon (boardwalk). San Roman is located east of centro and is in a very nice section of Campeche. The staff was efficient and friendly. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Campeche.

Safe in the room was broken. The hotel has a small pool with well-appointed lounge chairs, but during our stay there was a family with 4 young children that seemed to be in the pool form morning till night, so not conducive to a relaxing time by / in the pool.

Charming small hotel in a great location. Mattress was a "10", room clean and comfortable. A/C and up to date entertainment (Smart TV), very responsive staff and communications.

No breakfast service, so you need to stroll into town. rooms are comfortable for two but 3 makes it a bit crowdy.

Nice city house with a beautiful common area, just outside the historical city center set in an upcoming typical but still quiet neighbourhood. The plunge pool is heavenly and rooms are comfortable.

It's a beautiful building , about 10 minutes (by foot) to the main part of the town . Lovely big communal kitchen and living room area and small swimming pool.

The room was quite hot and the fan noisy but aircon works well. Although when you switch the aircon the TV comes on (the remotes use the same frequency). That made us jump at night a few times :)

The decor is exquisite, the property is clean, confortable, modern and the swimming pool is a bless! tranquil and 10mins walk to city centre (close to malecon too)

The rooms are not isolated at all. There's cracks and openings everywhere. But since there's airconditioning, that is not a big issue. Only street noise is an issue in the room at the front. But all other rooms in the back don't have that problem. The bed was very small and wobbly.

This small boutique hotel is a great choice for staying a few nights in Campeche. We had a great time there. The pool was very clean and a beautiful spot to relax. We stayed in the small "shed" in the back, so we didn't have much issue with noise from the street. The employee at the site was very friendly and helpful. There's also an option to purchase drinks.

the only thing they could improve would potentially be the shower as it was a bit temperamental, it didn’t effect our experience here though.

We liked the room, the pool, the quiet courtyard, the proximity to the Centro, the free on-street parking, the people who care for the place, how friendly and kind everyone was to us as foreigners, and how well maintained and beautifully designed the Hotel Casa de Piedad is. There is a wonderful long promenade along the waterfront that is invigorating, for a stroll or a run, with memorable water views of the vast Gulf coast just a few minutes walk from the property.

only the fact we had the front room meant it was on a busy road, with only wooden shutters….only other things were no mosquitoes screens, but there was on the back rooms

really like the design of this small guest house, very contemporary but with traditional fittings. the house was lovely, very airy, and access to tea and coffee the location is an easy 10/15 minute walk into the historic centre and only 5 minutes to the seafront
