Providing directions on how to enter the hotel from the outside. It was a little tricky and we didn't know you had to enter from the back through El Tequileno distillery. Not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things.

The room was excellent. Great amenities. The El Tequileno tour was great and our host Lionel was knowledgeable and friendly. Food was great.

There is nothing to complain about.

The hotel is contemporary, the staff is welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. I was very grateful for the complementary drink upon arriving. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the fresh lilies, it gave the place a calming aura. Although it is located by the “edge of town”, it’s about a 7-10 minute walk to the town center. The hotel’s dining was decent, I did however prefer the food around town. The pool looked inviting, a great way to cool off.

Wonderful stay at Casa Salles. The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We ate at their restaurant and their food and drinks were fantastic. Only a 10min walking distance away from the main plaza. The pool and the grounds are beautiful. We will definitely go back to stay, hopefully soon.

Would be nice to have the restaurant open a bit earlier for coffee, juice, smoothies (e.g. 7:30am), or include a few items in the room as a mini bar or even milk/ cream for coffee in the morning so you can make your own. Also, more clear instructions at time of arrival on making sure to put out the housekeeping sign if you want your room cleaned (as won’t be done automatically), to use the doorbell for evening access.

Hotel was a beautiful sanctuary. Rooms were fabulous as were the outdoor seating areas, pool and gardens.

There is the ever-present smell of tequila manufacturing, which isn’t to my taste, but what do you expect in Tequila?

I do wish the pool was just a little bit cleaner- it looked cloudy. &&& the location. It is close to the center but it’s also a 15-20 minute walk.. Its a safe area but it’s also kinda feels really far from everything. I’d recommend it if you have a car. I’d like to have been closer to the center.

Everything about the property was just lovely! every little detail from the inside to the outside felt thought out. the staff -especially the bartender was sooooo kind. Honestly, everyone was so helpful! the wifi is also great- way better than what I have at home. Cant say much about the food as we didn’t eat there at all. It’s 15-20 minute walk away from the center so it’s really quite.

It was a but confusing to find the parking. The staff didn’t really greet us and definitely were nicer to certain races. We didn’t get a welcome drink, even after I had asked about it. We were celebrating 10 year anniversary, and had stated so in our booking. Nothing special in our room or even a greet. Breakfast was average at Mango. They didn’t make a good cappuccino either. I probably would find something else next time, especially for the price.
