I wish they would've provided more filtered water options since the water in Mexico is truly not safe and we needed to buy water to clear our teeth etc. Also, we were three in the room but the housekeeping kept giving us 2 towels even after we asked for more, however the reception was quick to correct this so one really cannot complain.

Great boutique and art-forward hotel. Amazing design and attention to detail, probably the best room decor in any hotel we've stayed at recently. Breakfast was super good and plentiful, just wish it would've started a bit earlier than 9AM. Appreciated the Nespresso pods and the fact that they replenished them daily.

Even though when I booked the hotel it said that there was breakfast included, it was a surprise when I sat for breakfast that I was only allowed to ask for one starter (Fruit, oatmeal, or a biscuit), one of the following dishes (Omelette, chilaquiles, enchiladas, scrambled effs, or hot cakes) and one of the following drinks (tea, orange juice, chocolate milk, or milk) I could ask for all the coffee I wanted. It was a bit disappointing that if I wanted to have juice and coffee, I had to pay for one of those drinks, or if I wanted more tea, only one cup was included, or if I wished to have fruit and a biscuit, I had to pay for one of those two. Nevertheless, I complained about this situation, and they fixed it, allowing me to eat as many dishes as I wanted or to have as much tea as I wanted.

The atmosphere was great. Everyone working there was magnificent, the beds were very comfy, and the location was fabulous.

It’s located a good 15-20 minute walk into center town. My room was located on the ground floor in the middle of the dining area. So in the mornings I could hear everything from the kitchen and dining room, which interrupted my sleep. That was not ideal. Also, housekeeping was an issue for both my friend and I. We were away all morning until almost 3pm and housekeeping had not even done our rooms, and it’s not a large property at all and we were probably the only 2 people in house. Also, there should always be somebody at the reception to open the door. In the middle of pouring rain we had to wait outside getting wet because the front door was locked and nobody was at the desk.

The rooms are well-equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the property is good and staff is nice and welcoming.

Hotel room is beautiful and very clean. The property has a very charming and with a calm. relaxing aesthetic. Hotel is located in a very upscale area but with easy access to the main thoroughfare. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Everything was perfect...food, ambiance, cleanliness, service!!

We discovered this wonderful boutique hotel when we had a lovely breakfast there a couple of times over the past year. We booked a room there two nights ago and had the most amazing stay! The service was phenomenal and the amenities were state-of-the-art. It was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had!

The staff of Casamada are THE BEST. They went above and beyond to make sure that we’re comfortable and satisfied. The breakfast was exceptional, the room very clean and beautifully decorated, the location is 15 minutes from the center, but the kindness of the staff was definitely the highlight.

The hotel is new and very nicely decorated. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is great, they are always trying to make the stay pleasant. Breakfast is really good too. The location is very good, about 15 minutes away walking from the main plaza, in a quiet neighborhood.
