Wifi in the room is bad as they said the walls are very thick. I had to go out of my room for a proper connection. Breakfast is average.

When you are on the ground floor you might easily be awakened by the staff setting up the breakfast, for us early birds it was no problem but be aware of that. Also our room was quite dark because we could not really open the windows/blinds due to the courtyard being next to our room.

A beautiful traditional building with a nice little pool to refresh on the hot Yucatán days. Friendly staff and everything was well kept.

Although the staff was friendly, they did not really react proactively when we discovered that we had left a luggage item in the taxi that had dropped us just a few minutes earlier. Eventually we recovered this item ourselves thanks to my wife's initiative to take an other taxi back to the bus terminal. On this short trip we told our taxi driver what had happened and he announced this in the Whatsapp group gathering all drivers of all taxi companies in Campeche! Within half an hour our lost item was brought back to the hotel!!

An authentic colonial style building with a small but nice swimming pool in a top location . A tasty breakfast in superb decor. We especially appreciated the great attitude of local taxidrivers community (see further).

The location was ideal as it truly offers you the setting needed to experience the old historical city. The charm of the old building and its design and decor is truly reflective of the era embodied in the old city. It was within walking distance of all sites and great food.

The pool is small, but anyway it is good to have it than not.

Location cannot be better. The central Plaza Mayor and some museums are literally round the corner. The hotel has beautiful colonial style charm. The hotel provides laundry, good breakfast (to be paid extra) and a pool. The staff helped us to keep a place in the public parking in front of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was reasonable and convenient but very basic.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially when my tour to Calakmul was cancelled at the last minute. I enjoyed the Colonial decor and quiet but central location.

The bed could be more comfortable! It was a very hard mattress. The pillows were not great either!

The hotel building was beautifully restored. It holds a lot of history and is a real treasure. The staff were friendly and helpful and the private pool was a very nice quiet place to relax. Breakfast in the open courtyard was very stylish.

There were loose and broken tiles in the hall and room. The door was rattly and you could hear all that was going on the the courtyard and hall.

An older hotel with character but needing upkeep and maintenance. The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful. It was a good shower with the water temperature easily managed and good volume.

The mattresses and pillows are hard. We’re use to small fridges in hotel rooms. Very helpful for drinks and snack to keep cool

The brass band practice in the main square is really loud but only from about 8-9pm - I didn't mind it! If you're worried, there are rooms towards the back of the building, where you can't hear anything. The pool could have been cleaner, but otherwise great!

Beautiful hotel in great location. Staff were friendly kind and really helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's great to have the pool, I found it a very relaxing stay.

The breakfast was mediocre. Much better elsewhere. The pool was small but very welcome in the heat. The pool surroundings were ok but could have been improved easily.
