This property was beautiful with a lot of entertainment. I loved that the property provide activities and entertainment during the day and night. The majority of restaurants was good but definitely needs work for the lunch time options. The spa was wonderful but I wish they had a hot tub option up there. Great place for pics and most of the staff was nice except, when I asked for rice to place my wet phone in it. That wasn't accommodating, and as a guest that was a huge pause knowing Im a guest traveling. Luckily, another guest helped and keep my phone charged. As an avid traveler, the stay was nice but I would definitely work on striving for exceptional service towards guest in order to make them want to come back repeatedly.

Eveything from the check in to checking out. The best staff. I did not want to leave. I will most definitely be visiting again. Everyone (guests and staff) were a big family, looking out for each other and conversating. It felt like home away from home

Some parts (near the gardens) smell bad ( sewage), I guess because they recycle water, but is not nice at all!

I loved the suite( big , modern and very confortable). The beds were particularly confortable! Food is good for an all-inclusive. From the restaurants included we liked Adelita at dinner. Very good!! Memories restaurant was awesome!! very well done !!!! Congrats to the chef!!! 👍👍, he is an artist!

Friendly staff with excellent service. We loved the swim up suite and privileged section beach.

Bathrooms need locks. Easy to do but for some we didn’t have any locks. Hope they fix this small thing soon.

Good clean rooms with proper AC. Lots of eating options and a great buffet. Staff is friendly and helpful.

New upgraded clean property. Very good value/price comparing to many other overpriced hotels in Cancun. This is a budget deal but with high quality facilities and service.

I am Gluten Free and it was not accommodating. Not sure what was gluten free or not. Cleaning staff did not want to provide you with wash cloths or towels when you ask.

Music in common areas was very load and right outside our balcony. Would have more enjoyable if it wasn't so load. Pools were uncomfortably cold. not warmer than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Even in the spa outside pool was uncomfortable.

Resort was very nice, staff was very accommodating and kind. Restaurants very good. Beach chairs, staff and bars were great.

I didn’t like the way reservations were booked upon arrival nothing was available especially the Ayam Japanese Restaurant

Excellent hotel. Our second time going there. First time we did not have a baby but it caught our eye, how child friendly this hotel was. So this year we took our almost one year old. We all loved it. Tons of entertainment, incredible food. So clean!

First room we got was in building 1, facing a huge pool were pool parties took place almost all day long, everyday. Super noise, not the place to be if you do not like music at high volumen. Second room was much better but the sea veiw was not that great. Elevetor would not work and we were in third floor. Service at restaurants was slow. Difficult to get a spot around the pool or at the beach, more people than spots.

Very nice brand new hotel. Big room. Excellent food. Rafael, bartender of Pure beach bar, was super friendly and gave us an excellent service. In general staff was very nice. Restaurant reservations online and was super easy, we had no problem booking for every night.

Some incidents with staff mentioned above.

Beautiful property, very modern and clean. The rooms are magnificent- we booked two deluxe privileged family suites and everyone in our family loved it. The food is exceptional, the facilities are great and most of the staff was wonderful. We unfortunately encountered some hiccups with some staff whom were either having a bad day or simply were rude to my elder parents. My father went to the coffee shop and was denied a pastry he requested because all their coffee machines were not working. Yet another gentleman walked in and requested pastries and was given some without hesitation. My father witnessed this and the staff member saw my father and then asked my father if he wanted his pastry after all. My father with a gold of heart said no thank you, I rather go somewhere else now - long story short, he asked for us not to ‘complain’ to management about this as that individual might lose their position- BUT without mentioning names, I wanted to let everyone know what happened, as I see this as completely unfair. Hence we booked (and had the color bracelet) one of the biggest and most expressive room options in this resort. Regardless of this incident, we enjoyed our stay. The spa prices are pretty cheap too compared to other resorts, so if you’re into the spa services - this is a great option.

There were plates / cups / glasses left outside rooms for a long time. We felt more effort could have been put in to tidying up.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a stunning beach. This hotel was really wonderful. The food options were great and with 5 different restaurants there’s a lot of variety. The rooms were large and nicely designed. I would highly recommend this hotel for a holiday.

It is a bit far away from the centre but you can easily call an uber/taxi

This resort is AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful, the food is AMAZING and there are so many different restaurants to choose from, the beach is great!!! Honestly my friend and I had a great stay!!! All of the hotel staff is lovely and there is great entertainment all day long

We had to report a cleaning anomaly that we found but it was solved effectively. The restaurants that need to be booked it was quite difficult to find reservations for a 3 night stay as reservations are open 3 days in advance and for day 1 and 2 was challenging to find something

the weather is not hot enough during New Year for all day swimming

the breakfast has different varieties of food and change daily. With so many choices of restaurants, basically we can choose one differently each day, The setting and layout of the hotel provide an envrionmental friendly surrounding with trees and vegetation.

The pools are not heated anywhere on the resort which they should be.

Very clean, great food, awesome staff...we booked the privilaged package romantic swim up suite and the suite was gorgeous .
