You can park the motorcycle directly in the property which makes me feel safe. Everything was clean and the staff helpful

Online i provided credit card details and it says that one will not be charged and you pay at the hotel when you arrive, but when i arrived they had already charged it to my credit card snd i wanted to pay by cash. So the manager was obliging and used the debit machine to print out a receipt cancelling my fee. But in my home country to get a refund one needs to put card back in the machine and in the receipt it says how much the refund is. Here my card was not inserted he just plugged a few numbers in and the receipt just said cancelled. So it just caused a bit of doubt not knowing if the refund will go through which reduced my peace of mind. It hasn't appeared on my online bank account yet. So as i paid cash when i got there there is the worry i could have been double charged if refund doesn'y go through. Aldo when i checked out there the manager wasn't there and i spoke to a lady who i gave the key to, i cannit speak spanish so i thought she motioned for me to wait maybe to check the room so i waited 5 minutes then i went back up to her and asked can i go and she said am i checking out and asked for the key so she must have forgotten i gave her the key. She then realised she had the key and said i can go, anyway i needed to catch a cab to airport si was in a hurry and thought that was not the best service so i went back upstairs as i had left a decent tip for the maid her cleaned my room and took it back as even though its not the maids fault i service is a team effort. I probably should have left it for the maid. Other than that it was a lovely city and the hotel is very relaxing and calm. I do recommend. The fact i cannot speak spanish naturally created some confusion. I will learn spanish.

Nice and comfortable. Very rustic lots of catholic decor and plants downstairs like a garden inside. I think it might have been a catholic monastery a long time ago. The manager there was helpful and nice. Gave me directions and assistance so was the security guy at the entrance. The room was comfortable and room service was good. The staff are nice and polite.

Super clean and really good location, we could check in at 8am already after we got there from a night bus drive. The WiFi works really good and there is free coffee. We had a hot water shower although in the ad it stated that there is only cold water in the room.

All good for a budget hotel solution.

Everything was great, they stored my luggage and let me hang out till 6pm. Felt safe with security man. I don't think the slightly more expensive options on booking can be any better.

Had a 2night stay and it was perfect. Friendly and very helpful staff. We can't speak spanish and the staff didn't know english it was a bit awkward to ask something but it didn't bother us and the staff were so friendly they helped us find the right place.
