One of the great experiences we literally would wake up early in the morning to go outside to see monkeys on the trees and other animals the were safe to see and roam around the rooms. It was a beautiful experience. The staff there was super nice and their Starbucks drinks were delicious as well. It was such a relaxing time and the pool was amazing as well we were there most of our days have a drink while taking a swim and seeing monkeys best place I’ll definitely will be going back.

The resort is designed for large groups and the rooms are very noisy. That could potentially be a bad combination. Breakfast from the menu is superior to the buffet.

Beautiful surroundings with howler monkeys that you can spot from the cabin. Cocktails served at the swimming pool.

Everything was amazing about this place in the middle of the jungle. We really enjoyed it. They should invest in a new ping pong table and pool table for the game room.

Our room had a great terrace with rocking chairs and backed onto the jungle. There were lots of howler monkeys nearby and we could even see some near the room!

Slow service. Changes from menu without discussing with us. Tho we had let hotel know Re dietary requirements they didn’t have any soy or almond milk.

Location. The pools. Esp the quiet smaller pool. Comfortable room I would stay here again. Some staff very friendly and attentive.

Is only a detail but there is a room for improvement: was my wife anniversary and nor the staff nor the reception...no one made a detail for such special day. A very tiny detail can count a lot. I ended asking in the morning for a small cake with a candle or something. Staff in the restorant were very nice by providing the necessary to remember that day. Special thanks for them. For the money is paid and being classified as spa...I think you should pay attention to dates or ask during check-in.

I liked very much the swimming pool...extraordinary spot. Though, maintenance is being announced by having blue paing being washed by time/sun. Take car of that swiming pool, is a mine!

there are animals around (ants in the toilet, snake in the balcon and monkey sound) but you are in the middle of the jungle, so is not a surprise and I personally liked them. they didn’t have info for local trips, staff was ok, not extremely helpful. electricity went off because thunderstorms, but was part of the adventure. no fridge.

the location is really nice, the pool is amazing, the apartments spacious and quiet clean.

Service is not the greatest and mostly without a smile. Few exceptions. Paying tip by card is a continuous struggle, although they do not explain why. Also one needs to pay for every order immediately. Level of trust is low, they need to check the rooms before you can leave....

The pool was phenomenal. The room was fantastic. The AC was great. The howler monkeys in the jungle around was beautiful.. The restaurant was good as well.

There are lots of “rules” and guidelines - it takes away an element of relaxation as a hotel guest.

Rooms are nice, the pool is great and the location to visit the Palenque ruins is excellent. You can also hear howler monkeys on the hotel property which was a huge bonus.

Just a little, but very common in Mexico, thing. None speak english. Receptionists, waiters...it is always struggling to communicate
