Staff makes too much noise

The response from the staff was not as attentive. The AC in the room was not working and took me 2 times to go down stairs to ask for assistance after waiting 30 minutes. The reservation was made for 3 and we only had 2 towels.

The air con has large numbers that lit the whole room at night (bring an eye mask).The toilet was very small and had no windows, however toiletries and water pressure were fine. fyi, there is no fridge (not that we needed one). Not sure if the rooftop is accessible.

The bed was super comfy and the room was ample. New technology controls the lights settings, tv and even lamps! Takes a bit of fidgeting around to figure it out which is my "favourite" setting. We arrived early before check in and we were allowed to leave our bags in storage for a few hours. The gym located on first floor is basic, but machines all work fine.

The shower needs some updating, it was worn-out and tiles a bit cracking. The sound isolation isn't the best, you can hear the sounds from the corridor and from outside through the window. Luckily there wasn't any really loud noises like partying but I would still definitely improve the sound isolation.

The location right in the city center, friendly staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is clean in general, the interior decoration is nice and our room was spacious. The hotel has good services like restaurant, laundry and gym. Our flight landed really early in the morning and we already knew that the check-in is only from 3PM onwards, but the staff was helpful and finally got us a room a few hours before the official check-in time :)

It has not rained in a long time and it's quite dusty and because of so many cars and the buildings being in such close proximity to each other, can trap quite a bit of automobile exhaust fumes. It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. I'd suggest wearing a mask or taking precautions if you suffer from asthma, allergies, etc.

Hotel location, room, staff, food, etc. were above expectations. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the historic district and in walking distance to many museums, restaurants, plazas, etc.

Location, large room with 2 comfortable beds, good internet, lots of toiletries, parking across the street, small restaurant in lobby area where we had breakfast for 120p each (2 eggs, beans, chilaquiles, toast and coffee)

Quite noisy during the hours before midnight, especially in rooms facing the street. The so called intelligent system with light preferences is tricky to wrap your head around during a short stay.

The location right in the centre. Old building, but updated and renovated to a good standard. Comfortable bed. Nice decorations, good barhroom though small. Overall a food value.

This is our second stay and our “go to” place staying in el centró for events. We live in San Luis Potosí but when large events are going on we enjoy the convenience of staying in the area. The hotel has comfortable rooms, good and friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Breakfast and in general the food is excellent, the location is perfect it is at the heart of SLP (Old downtown), the rooms are awesome, smart tech, and very clean.

breakfast opened a little late, 8am, for those of us who want to get on the road early. would have been nice if coffee could be available downstairs at 7 am, while we wait for breakfast. Many hotels around the world at least have coffee available early.

in old historic center of san luis potosi where there is activity and entertainment just steps outside the front door. very nice mexican buffet for breakfast with a good assortment of food. great staff. we walked out the door and in next square found a wonderful restaurant, La Posada del Virrey where all our choices were outstanding. parking is across from the hotel,
