Was a bit confusing getting through the security, into the property as it’s a gated community. Also, after we got to the property, had to download an app on the phone to make the entry door work . We did work it out eventually, but was a long process, would’ve been much simpler to have a lockbox with access to a key.

I liked that the host was always available to answer questions. I think the property was incredibly good value for the price. Really enjoyed the short stay there and would’ve liked to stay longer.

Bluetooth lock didn't work for the front door and no wifi around. I needed to move main entrance to get mobile signal to contact owner but he responded quickly. Was not a big issue for us.

Very clean property and well organised. Part of Bahia Principe hotel resort. Owner issued a code for security gate and I felt quite safe around the property.

Who designed the swimming pools in this complex? Very shallow and filled with mounted lounge chairs and walk up cocktail areas. Not really for swimming.

Everything was nice, clean, comfortable and well designed. Quiet location. Good value.

Pool Jacuzzi outside not so clean 2 blinds you could not be pulled up. He already knew and offered to send someone, but since we just stayed 2 nights, we didn't want to bather about the repair. A little complicated check-in. You have to download an app He has a camera in the flat, pointing to the door.

A few small things were missing, like dish cloths (there isn’t a dishwasher so you have to wash everything by hand) or paper towels. We wished there would have been a washing machine to do laundry, but we took our clothes into town and had them washed there so it was okay. For longer stays (5+ days) would be nice to have an extra set of towels. Also, the plunge pool is ice cold so we weren’t able to use it—and it wasn’t very private since it was right on the walking path. But we didn’t mind since we used the bigger pools anyway which were very nice

Our stay in this condo was great. It covered all our expectations, we had a beautiful beach very close by and a convenience store, it was safe and Linda answered all our questions very quickly and helpfully. We would easily come back and we recommend it to anyone, the only thing you need is a car. TVs air conditioners on Wi-Fi, all very good

It was ideal for what we were looking for! However, if you are looking for influencer parties and the cocktail scene, you may be happier in bigger towns/hotels. If you prefer not to rent a car but you want to go exploring, I recommend staying somewhere else unless you’re willing to pay on-site resort fees for trips, (110usd for an all-day snorkel trip to Cozumel). The golf carts and shuttle don’t seem to service the area the apartment is it, so you need your own transportation, or just show up with all of your groceries and hang out!

As a guest, you have access to many free facilities, including a private plunge pool and 2 semi-private medium pools with plenty of seating. With a car, you can stay inside the complex and visit Kay Beach club and Mulligans restaurant (you pay for what you consume). For about 70 dollars, you can get a day pass to an all you can eat and drink package inside the Bahia Principe hotel collection. The apartment is inside a group of 1-2br suites that have their own designated pools 30 steps from the room, so it feels small and peaceful even though it’s part of a massive complex. Excellent communication with host, just be sure to load the directions and the guests QR code they send in case you don’t have wifi while traveling. It’s more like an airBNB than a hotel, so bring your basics like coffee if you need by stopping on the way from Cancun.

Couch smelled bad, The plunge pool had some bushes grown up over the mini pool that it could poke our eyes or skin, so we could not use it. Bathroom tissue paper was not enough for our 3 nights that I had to contact the owner asking to drop us more. Dangerous for the snakes, hard to be on the pool after we saw one.. TV was not working, one night we were trying to find out, why there was no sound, I asked the owner, but he was not really a hello, next day after over an hour, my husband made it to work, this caused us stress.

I liked the inside of the condo, clean and organized.
