The AC in the room was barely working, I was coming back to a warm room almost all the time during my stay.

The breakfast was good, a lot of variety. It changes slightly from day to day. But it's really flavorful authentic food. Good but small fitness area. Swimming pool is very aesthetic and well maintained.

Some english (by more then 1 reception worker) would be handy for a big hotel that works with international tourists.

Comfortable, spacy, clean room with good beds. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Not too far from the bus terminal.

Breakfast is nothing special, it needs some maintenance although nothing is falling apart. A bit annoying would be the staff from the laundry passing by the room at 8/9 in the morning to ask if we need to put something in the laundry. The fact that they do this is not the annoying fact, but the time at they do this.

Bed is really comfortable. Liked also the pool and gym and the garden inside. It gives a good vibe to the hotel. In terms of price-quality i would say it is really worth it. the staff is really friend and helpful.

The lobby is cold without any chair to wait for your taxi The drain of my sink was clogged and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor The breakfast was awful and started later than announced, after 6:30 am. Going to the Starbucks nearby is a way better option. On my last day only there was too much noise at 5:00am, people were talking loudly outside in the garden Unrelated to the hotel: it is located inside an industrial area.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool as our son likes to swim. We were very disappointed to find that the pool was out of order (and looked like it had been for quite some time as the water was green) The gym also had equipment out of order. The pool and gym shouldn’t be listed as amenities if they are not able to be used. The rooms were quite old and ours had a strange smell. It felt a bit damp in the rooms too.

Airconditoner lights make it hard to sleep and if that is not enough the airconditioner started dripping water. Buffet breakfast luke warm and poorly prepared (love Mexican food but not this). The restaurant lacks any atmosphere while the bar is nothing more than a refrigerator and a couple of tables in the passage way to the restaurant.

Good location with easy access to city center. Wide corridors, sky lights, decorations and indoor gardens (even if some needed attention) make for a airy and fresh feel when walking around inside the hotel. Starbucks in front of the hotel a definite plus.

The hotel would need some investments, the floor is worn out, the towels are completely torn at the ends. Definitely some sun bed are missing at the pool area. Even in the room you will not find, glasses, coffee or tea, only if you ask the bring you. Neither a table is there where you could play or eat.

The room and all facilities are very clean! The receptionist was very friendly and tried to help as good as possible. But this place is in his age, and you can see that everywhere. The pool area is clean and nice, but the water a bit fresh. The breakfast is ok - nothting special, but not bad.

The entire property is roofed with no outside fresh air anywhere. The air conditioning was rattling all night. The property has no sign so it was hard to find.

The entrance is too small and there's no indoor store for little bites, the nearest convenience store is not easy access by foot.

couldn’t figure out how to get in, no signage, entrance is a Starbucks parking lot! terrible lighting through the massive empty building. “hot tub” was like warm with no jets… nasty breakfast buffet.
