The level of lighting was rather poor. Noise was at times disturbing.

It was very loud because of the glass doors in your rooms. You can hear literally everything. The room we had was very small, but there are also bigger rooms available. The location is good but not the nicest area.

The staff was very friendly and even did something vegetarian for breakfast for us. The beds were very comfortable and the is a lot of room to chill like a sofa area where you can watch Netflix on a screen and the roof terrace. It is a 10 min walk to the next train station.

Downtown treasure place was a great place to stay- it was well located close to the metro bus (1 block away) and metro train stations (4 blocks away). The facilities were lovely- comfortable beds, many bathrooms, showers with hot water, great traditional Mexican breakfast (very tasty and different option each morning) and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you are willing to use public transport.

The ladies restroom on second floor. It needs repairs. The sink has two faucets, one of them is broken, it hangs into the sink bowl. The other one is not broken, but the drain hole is clogged up and water remains in sink for a long while. And it needs a good cleaning, it's always dirty and stained with spit and questionable stuff.

The space seemed to be a converted office space with full glass walls into each room. There were curtains to provide privacy but as the hallway lights were motion activated your room would light up every time someone moved outside your room. This happened a lot. The glass and concrete space meant that noise reverberated and even small sounds amplified and echoed right into your room. There was no openable windows in the room so the air got very hot and stuffy at night, but the provided fan did help a little. The neighborhood is okay but its a bit far from most tourist attractions. Most of the people staying at the time I visited seemed to be longer stay families.

The downtown treasure place was a welcoming enviourment with a lot of open shared space. The movie room looked comfortable, the kitchen space was cleaned regularly, the showers and washrooms were spotless and there was lots of free drinking water available. The rooftop patio was a nice large space for stretching or yoga. The fan provided in the room was a nice touch also. If you stay here make sure to try V de Vegano, an incredible Vegan place just around the corner. Even my very non-vegan partner said it was one of the best meals he ate in Mexico city and the portions are HUGE and cheap!

There's nothing I didn't like.

I liked the spacious leisure areas, with various seating arrangements. I liked the amplitude of the breakfast tables, with plenty of chairs and outlets on the border of the tablets, to charge up the cell phones. I loved all the green live plants. Also, breakfast was very tasty, with a daily choice of two meals to pick from. Rooms are very clean, and so are the bathrooms. There's a roof top seating/lounging "patio" with very comfortable chairs and couches, to enjoy some relaxation time, or in the company of your loved ones. And the gentlemen from management, Ernesto and Sergio, are in extreme friendly and helpful to every request and need of the guests... I really loved the guys! Overall, I highly recommend this amazing place to spend your stay at Mexico city. You will leave, with the desire to come back and stay here, again. Trust me!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The overall atmosphere was welcoming as the other guests were polite and friendly. I like the outdoor space on the roof, excellent plus to the space. At first glance the neighborhood did not quite appeal to us but we gave it a chance and it turned out good. We had no issues. Transportation was accessible.

There appeared to be only one male and one female toilet in the whole place. Given the size and number of rooms in the accommodation I had expected there to be more.

Very friendly and helpful staff in spite of the language barrier. Breakfast food was excellent and the shared shower and toilet facilities were always clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place, it is good value for money and I would come back there again in future visits to Mexico City. It is located by a Supermarket, multiple convenience stores and a few restaurants and many attractions are only a short Uber/bus/drive away.

Rooms should have exhaust fan and if possible better wifi network. Otherwise everything is good.
