I love love love this hostel, that’s why I always come back every time I visit the city. It’s in the perfect location, the beds are super comfortable, the entire hostel is spotless as the staff keep it so clean, and the WiFi is decent for the area. Whenever there’s even the smallest issue, the staff are extremely responsive and will find a solution for you fast. I stayed here for a month as I came to the city for work and this place really feels like a home away from home. The staff feel like family. Come here, you will not regret it!

Our room was on the small side but nice and clean and we enjoyed the balcony out front. There was a jug of water in the room, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communal kitchen is well equipped, large and super clean. Nice communal areas to sit, chill out or meet other people. The location is good, too, only a short walk from everything.

I was not expecting the gringa sleeping next to me in the dorm, Susan, to be a mouthbreather, she was so loud at night. I ended up changing to a new more peaceful place, 2 blocks south. She stays there 4 months a year, if you can not sleep next to people snoring, this is not your place.

Amazing place. Comfy, free coffee, spices and water all day long. Beautiful beautiful terrace.

The installations are perfect and well maintained. Wifi connection was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and felt welcome. I slept in both the female room and the mixed room. Location was excellent.

There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the public refrigerator in the hostel kitchen. The staff does not speak English well, but they are trying :)

The staff of the hostel is very nice. The room with the terrace was spacious and comfortable. The terrace is huge and ideal for group of friends sitting together. They cleaned the rooms everyday.

Sound travels from the entry way into the room Hard to ventilate our room bathroom could use some deep cleaning I'm sure its from the constant use, and they do try with moisture absorbing bags but this could be better.

Hostel advertises that it does events every night of the week but none of these happened while we were there. A quiet hostel which suits us but others might prefer a more social, active vibe.

Great location, a short walk from town and from the bus terminal. Beautiful building with terrace. Staff available 24/7 so we could drop our bags at 5am when we arrived in San Cristobal. You can arrange tours through the hostel - we did the canyon tour which was great and much cheaper than any of the options I found online. Great value room - I think a lot of the buildings in San Cristobal suffer from damp but they've obviously taken steps to address and prevent this in our room.

The noise from other tourists. Poor water pressure, no hot water.

We liked staying at this hostel in our big private room. It had a really nice terrace, small kitchen and its was overall great but there was not hot shower in the room so we had to use downstairs shower. Also, the water pressure was bad. The cleaning staff was nice to tidy up the room and the kitchen downstairs was very convent but the pace was noisy due to other travelers. People would talk out loud till late and start blenders etc in the kitchen super early. We could hear everything because the room was right above the dining area.

I really liked everything, the staff was amazing (Geovanni was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have met), the facilities were good, cool terrace, beds with curtains, warm showers, clean, great location, overall value for money. I would definitely come back.

I felt like the reception staff could have done more to create more of a social vibe. There were some activities, but I was not told about them.

Great location close to the centre and the bus station, great facilities including a very well-equipped kitchen with free coffee, comfy sofas in the living room, roof terrace with space to work out/do yoga, my private room was very clean and tidy (and cleaned every day!), peaceful. All in all, a great stay!

A wonderful hostel in San Cristobal. Quiet yet social, with a nice place to relax and a large kitchen for cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home. The shower was warm and the beds were comfortable. It's peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. In other words, not a party hostel. I stayed there 2.5 weeks and I would have stayed even longer.

Super cute and cosy hostel, with nice social activities. Staff was really attentive and helpful, always there to help. Special thanks to Giovanni, who was especially kind, he went out to get me some herbal medicine when I was sick and I didn't have the strength to go myself - the herbs he bought really helped me so much too.
