    The building is really old and low maintenance, the Wi-Fi was really poor (there is no wifi in the rooms), and the reception staff wasn't polite nor resourceful enough

    The location, food and service at the restaurants is excellent

    Empty. Hardly any customers. It felt like if the hotel will declare bankruptcy any time now The food in the main restaurant not what one expects from an all inclusive.

    I loved how friendly the staff was. The buffet (specifically breakfast) was great. The locations of the pools are amazing… I loved how chill everything was.

    Coffee in the morning was a joke. They need 3 more coffee pots at least. The drinks tasted like dish soap and were not very good.

    During check in there was a lot of confusion. The cordless terminal was not working well and bringing my card as being “blocked”. That alarmed me tremendously and it caused me to call my bank in Canada to inquire. There was not such a thing. It was the hotel terminal For an inexplicable reason we were moved to a room with the exact same characteristics 2 floors up The only thing that changed was that one of us ( I ) left for 17 nights to a different city. That was made clear upon checking in. I made several reservations through Booking. As it is all inclusive for 17 nights it was for one person only which is less money of course. The day of my flight I was hit with the news of moving to a different room. I was very upset. But we moved to AN EXACT SAME ROOM 2 FLOORS UP. I received 2 different explanations from 2 different people from the staff. My observation is that a New York flight was cancelled and this hotel was where those passengers spent the extra time in PV. I find that the variety of food is not there I thought first time we were in 2021 that it was a very small buffet. This time seems even less food We noticed the hotel had very little attendance. It is a large hotel BUT definitely very few guests. You can tell during meal times. Quite unusual for Puerto Vallarta. All other hotels are booming at this time of the year. I had a feeling of emptiness… A feeling it could closed down for good any time. I found another place to stay. A private deal and I am more satisfied.

    Very good location. Very clean air I like the buildings in general I like the fact it has a main food area, 2 a la carta restaurants and a snack bar. I like that it has 3 bars I like the main area for food right in front of a canal where boats travel I like the lobby.

    WI FI is non existent except in Lobby. Get a SIM card before you go.

    I liked this resort, my first time here but at least 15 th time to PV. Was a little concerned about some of the reviews but seriously I would go back in a Heartbeat. Staff was great room clean and functional, food was good, Italian A La Carte fantastic, Mexican was not so great, was really disappointed that there was no Guacamole . Clean property, always someone painting, washing and enjoyed the location.

    Food was not good at all. Ended up having to eat out Most days. I was charged extra at check in which was unexpected. It’s basically a hidden tax charge which was more than the one on my booking confirmation.

    Very nice staff. Super friendly. Room was lovely. Cleaned everyday. Cocktails were amazing. Pool and private beach were beautiful.

    Food was a very hit or miss. Out of 8 options only two or three were decent. Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner not so much. Keep in mind that there is no really a lot of Mexican or seafood options. The late-night snacks are just hotdogs and hamburgers. Drinks were watered down and the liquor had a strange taste to it. No WiFi, and very limited activities for us to entertain ourselves. Has a basketball and tennis court, but no balls of tennis rackets. The pools close at 9:00PM. The staff on the other side of property-by the villas, were very unprofessional, they were rushing us to leave since they had to close the restaurant at 7:00PM.

    The location was good. However keep in mind that it is like a 10 minute walk. The pools by the beach are nice, and the beach is very clean. The staff at the buffet were very friendly, calm, and attentive.

    We changed rooms 4 times due to various issues. This hotel cannot even get the basics right. Rooms unready, sending guests to rooms already occupied. Poor quality everything, from the facilities to the food. I would not stay here again if you paid me to.

    I got food poisoning from the food at the hotel and the staff was also very unsupportive and defensive when I told them. Overall very unhygienic with cockroaches in the rooms and poorly cleaned. Food was disappointing and ended up not eating there most of the time even though it was included

    Here as follows: 1. No one clean my room, so please dont speak for tip. 2. Shower - no hot water. It is very cold 3. This is all inclusive hotel and yet they cannot provide bottle of water and they said there’s a water dispenser in each floor but empty. 4. I requested a glass from the start, until i check out, no glass arrive. 5. If you call the reception and request for soemthing you have to call again and again and again before they grant your request, like towel etc. 6. Buffet staffs are not smiling, they look unpleasant. Not accommodating (some) 7. No slippers ( your hotel is very expensive and yet a simple slippers cannot be provided.) 8.

    The pool, although it is dirty with a lot of things on the pool.

    Booking.com did not honor my request for 1 room, 2 beds, for 2 adults. When we checked in to a city neither of had visited before, the staff immediately charged us an additional $500 we were not expecting because there were 2 of us. Rather than argue the point, we checked in and went to the assigned room, planning to correct the error during our stay. Our room had 3 beds…enough for a large family. Furthermore, the resort already had mine and my travel partners names on file. How does that happen if you’re not previously informed? Things we reported broken or sub par in our room: ground floor patio door broken/not able to be locked (I have photos), a/c not working, toilet didn’t flush properly, hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. Our room was located near a service entrance that we were not aware of when we checked in. Trucks would make deliveries all times of the night playing loud music, awakening us. Our room was also near the resort theater where disco type music played loudly until after 10:30 pm most nights. It was the least relaxing, most annoying, worst money I’ve ever spent on a “4 star resort”!

    wasn’t given proper booking upon arrival. had to pay more money to upgrade when we had already paid for the upgrade previously. food was extremely limited. staff could not understand us. very limited English. wifi terrible. only in lobby. trying to cancel management was extremely rude. wasted a whole day of our vacation before reimbursement of partial amount. only one restaurant available. waited 45 minutes at snack bar for a burger.
