I didn't like the noise that came from the concerts at the Pepsi Center each night which went on until well after midnight on weekdays and 4 am on the weekend. Not a great situation for someone who is a light sleeper, and even my earplugs didn't improve the situation. There is obviously nothing the hotel can do about this but you may want to take it into consideration. .

The parking space inside the building is extremely small, can be complicated to maneuver if more than 3 cars are checked in. The room had a nice view to the street, in front of a large marquee with curtains too thin to block the light. The theater is decent enough to turn it off around 11 pm. The bed is composed of two single mattresses, making a kind of uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Great location in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and attractions. Comfortable living room. Nice and clean bathroom. Good internet.

Air condition needs maintenance. Makes a loud noise so I had to turn it off to get to sleep.

Excellent check in and check out hours for my trip. Location at walking distance to many restaurants and main avenue. Across the street from my main purpose of my visit to CDMX.. Very kind and helpful staff !!!

There was an incident after cleaning the room when the "no molestar" sign was on (that we did not appreciate). We decided to let it go, but it left kind of a bad aftertaste.

The location is superbe! Right across WTC and the Pepai Center. When goi g here, ask for a room at the bCk! The view isn't as great as the front, but quiet. The hotel is close to Insurgentes with the Metrobus and an EcoBici points just round the corner. Private parking and great staff at reception and security. wonderfull rooms and the biggest bed I have seen: 220 x 220. I loved it. The lighting situation is a bit complicated and takes some time to figure out.Do that before you go to sleep. You will be happy by the time you wake up in the middle of the night for a visit to the bathroom.

All was positive, great staff, the only thing was that the AC was a bit noisy at night.

Very close to the WTC, very clean and comfortable. Also the Napoles neighborhood is very modern and trendy.

1) some towels are a little torn and threads stick out, the pedal does not work and the lid on the trash can in wc does not rise, the toilet door creaks (needs to be lubricated) 2) very small parking for 6-7 cars 3) sometimes little bit noisy from the street

1) Big room (70 m2) 2) iron, ironing board, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners, shower with a hair dryer - all in the room 3) we were in this hotel a few months ago and had problems with the magnetic keys. all keys have always worked well this time. I'm glad they fixed it 4) good WiFi 5) the bedroom is separated from the living room with a sofa and kitchen by a glass partition and a dark curtain
