There was nothing to not like. I am very glad that I booked my stay with this hotel and if ever I return to the city, would love to stay with them again.

The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They were ready to help for even smallest things and did it with a smile. Everybody also spoke very good English and hence could easily help us with our questions

Everything was amazing, the Stuff, the breakfast buffet was really good, the personal was very polite and helpful, nothing were wrong during our stay, Otherwise it was more than we could have expected a 1000% super recommend… thanks a lot for everything Flamencos Hotel!! Ps: Don’t forget to ask at the lobby for all the tours around Mexico, they pick you up at the hotel, very recommended!! 👏🏻👏🏻

The area can get a little noisy at night, if you’re a light sleeper that may be an issue. Or if you’re not used to being in a city.

Great location in the middle of the main attractions the city has to offer. We pretty much were walking distance from many museums, shops, churches and other fun locations. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, the rooms were kept clean, the mini fridge was very convenient, staff was very accommodating and tv was able to log into streaming services.

The hotel is so modern, clean and spacious. It is walking distance to the sites and directly at two metro lines. There is so much street food around, which is what we were looking for. I would definetly stay here again.

The location is good about 8 minutes from the historic places. The breakfast is good, the only thing the beds were a little hard and the shower doesn't anything to hang your clothes towel etc.

I found this hotel one of the best we have stayed in , the food is excellent ,the breakfast is well worth the price and so is the dinner ,the staff are very helpful and professional , the location is perfect with access to the metro and walking to the centre along a main shopping street also buses nearby... the room was ideal the bed perfect ....what more can i say !!

There are reading lights by the bed that even when turned off, omit a blue light right by your face when sleeping which is quite annoying. Had to put a pillow against it to block it out. The mini fridge sometimes made some loud noises in the night as well.

Very good sized room and bathroom. Modern and welcoming. Good WiFi and AC. Friendly staff. Room cleaned daily and to a high standard. Good location a 15 min walk from the Zócalo and next to a metro stop. Staff helpful with ordering taxis or doing printing when I needed to print some documents.
