only got a tiny window high above, no outside view, but at least some weak sunlight coming in. Many mosquitos around.

overall clean and comfortable, spacious room. nice staff for 24 hours. In a quiet street, Oxxo is very near, restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk, 30 minutes walk to Zentro and ADO. Felt good about the place and surroundings so I extended my stay.

Outstanding personnel. The staff is very kind, nice and helpful. They are really good people always willing to help :-) Very hard bed, perfect to have a good sleep. The room was clean, Check In and Check Out was flexible. The internet was good. The neighborhood was quite, nice and kind. The cold and hot drinking water was provided. There was free coffee and tee. You could always prepare something to drink. I was spending only one night in this hotel but I can fully recommend it as a very good place to stay :-)

super happy with this short stop made in VH. the bed was super comfy, very clean and everything works (including hot water). staff was exceptional and made sure a taxi was waiting for me at 430am for an early flight.

Honestly not much. It would have been nicer if the furniture would have been more modern, but again what can you expect given that price. There is nothing to complain about really. Maybe the walls are a bit thin so you can hear other people sometimes but one should book a place with an according price if one does not want to hear anyone else ever.

It is genuinely a rather nice place. I mean obviously it is rather basic given the price but if you book the cheapest place in town then you cannot expect a five star hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice and the room was very clean. The neighborhood isn't super central but it feels nice and safe. There is an Oxxo around the corner. The wifi connection was also definitely very good.

The internet didn't work in my room as it was too far from the router, which was very frustrating as I needed to work. The rooms were noisy, I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring rooms. Not good if you're a light sleeper.

It was a good price for a private room and bathroom. The room had air-conditioning. The staff were very pleasant. The location was good.

What stands out for me is it is Incredible value for money. Everything very clean and well kept and the staff- especially Christel so friendly and helpful to show me and give suggestions of where to go and what to do. Making an extra effort. I enjoy walking and exploring so the location was perfect for me - and it was quick taxi drive from ADO bus station when I arrived. The room had everything i required and they even offer free teas and beverages at reception. It was lovely to have a feeling of personal attention as a contrast to staying in a big hotel. Front desk receptionist miss crystal wonderful person. Helpful responsible great attitude took good care of me. Free Wi-Fi water coffee tea and the best hot shower ever. Front desk service 24 hours plus security very clean well kept property. I would definitely go back again. This is a little home away from home great Community good location, quick easy taxi ride from ADO station. Don't miss the olmeca museum lots of ancient history here.

Shower water was cold and the pressure was horrible - you had to shower almost hugging the wall. Shampoo wasn’t provided nor soap, so bring your own.

There was not much noise from outside but you could hear people in the other rooms. Fortunately nobody made a noise late at night. The hotel is some distance from the centre and the bus terminal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, drinking water was provided, it was possible to make tea or coffee, the wifi connection was good, there was a bedside light and sufficient power sockets. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

Walls are paper thin, we could hear people at 7am speaking on the garage alley and we could here anyone who'll be at the reception as we were in the room next door. It's basic and not really welcomy.

Staff are nice and there is AC, WiFi and hot water. It's ok for a night but we won't go back there or stay longer than that.
