Shower was cold and our room was super noisy with our neighbour playing really loud music and TV until 12pm (not totally the hotels fault, but we had a room which connected with another, only separated by a door in the middle and that’s where all of the sound was coming through). Man at the front desk was pretty unfriendly, but I see from other reviews that’s a pretty common piece of feedback!

Great location to the ADO bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great pool area. Plenty of nice little eateries nearby and a well stocked supermarket.

In the hotel, just next to the reception, there is a travel agency: America Travel. They sell tours and tickets for entertainment. They can give you good discounts and worth visiting. Natty Vazquez is one of the agents, she is fantastic and reliable. However, the other agent Andres is full of games. Stay away from him! To give an example: For the Chechen Itza tour, he gave me an offer of $89 USD in the evening, next morning Natty gave me an offer of $55 UDS for the exact time tour! Natty also sold me a party Catamaran tour including food, drinks, and snorkeling. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Location: close to ADO central bus station that you can travel anywhere. Roof top: good food, nice view, and entertainment. Restaurant.

Other than some construction noise in the morning, all was fine.

It was centrally located for us to be able to take the ADO Busline to our next destination. I also liked the nearby grocery store and restaurants. Hotel location gave us the opportunity to use local bus to travel to Cancun's Mayan Museum and Playa Delfines for a few pesos verses much more expensive taxis.

No hot water and my toilet stopped flushing in the morning. They sent someone to fix it right away but it still wasn't fixed. I had to check out so it wasn't too big of a deal at that point.

Location was great for the purpose of my trip. I was able to check-in late after my flight delay. Bed was comfortable.

There were no Coffee maker into the room. Room a little noisy (close from the street).

The noise from the rooftop bar was so loud. If we weren’t so jet lagged, we would have been kept awake. Breakfast was also pretty lacking, but there was enough choice. Restaurant staff at breakfast were unpleasant.

Great location, right near the bus station. We stayed only one night since we arrived late in Cancun. Reception staff were lovely, rooms are big. Good value for money.

No microwave in suits. Towels were a bit worn out. You can hear everything outside from the balcony ,window are pretty thin and so are the walls.

Felt secure, Bank is near by so lots of security so felt pretty safe, downtown location, bar upstairs. Water bottles included, fridge . ADO is less then 10min away from the hotel. Bus R1, R2 is just around the corner.

Not easy understand how to use hot/warm water, but after 2 days we were figure out how it works.

Property in quite place and have free underground parking with 24/7 security, and hotel room was cleaned everyday and change bedding everyday too.

The water in the shower is not hot, it is only warm and the warmer you need it the less pressure it gives, however, because the weather outside is hot there's not much need for super hot water, but the hotel should definitely take a look at that and let the guest decide I showered at 6ish AM and warm water wasn't bad, it felt refreshing. I would definitely return. Minor incident at the breakfast Buffett, communication between employees needs to be reinforced. (They kept asking for my payment receipt, which while eating is a little bit annoying) - .

The location is perfect! Only 5 to 7 minutes walking to ADO Cancún bus station. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned. AC temperature in the room was ideal, with a big tv. BIG Compliment, after check out I was able to stay at the lobby until 5:30 PM and at the restaurant working, while the hotel looked after my luggage. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby! Also, the breakfast was fresh and tasty ($220).
