Hotel worst to stay , we where going to wedding and couldn't book hotel near beach, but no regrets at all. I recommend this location if you have car, you can drive any place and is not so much traffic * 25 min to the miram beach* Also I like quietness,nice garden area and pool. Clean and fresh inside We ate around in IHOP and other places, food around good and fresh too. If you with kids , there chuck and cheese,.peter piper pizza around ; in case you need. Also Walmart, sanborns, and etc. All you can walk.

That there's not at least a basic med kit in the lobby (like alcohol, band-aids, cotton, simple things). I had an accident with my razor in the middle of the night and there was nothing the staff could do to help. Luckily I could order supplies from an open pharmacy through a delivery app.

I liked the location, the space and furniture in the rooms, the internet was fast, it has a large parking lot, the rooms were very clean, the large TV is nice, in my case to connect computers and consoles. Definitely recommend it.

That the room was in a place it was a lot of noise. The sewer from the bathroom smells in the whole room. And the AC was noisy. It was not that cool. But in general everything it’s ok.

Staff were very nice but the airport information they gave us was wrong We asked them about transport to the airport in the early morning and they told us the airport opened at 5am when we had a 6am flight. Luckily we went to the airport to check what time to arrive for our flight and they informed us 4am, and the airport is open all night. If we had followed the hotels advice, I'm fairly sure we would have ran the risk of missing our flight

Floor bathroom was not completely clean.

The conduct of one of the other receptionists was poor, advising that a standard room was not available, but fortunately was quickly overruled by the competent receptionist. When my key was given to me, he advised that 'the lift isn't working and won't be fixed for a few days'. Very shortly before midnight, I was awoken by three late primary-aged kids playing chasey down the hotel corridor on my floor and with the lifts near my room. I don't blame them for having fun; nevertheless, there was no sign of any security. Similarly, earlier in the evening, I was able to leave and enter the rear section of the hotel by walking undetected through a staff area at ground (lobby) level. After check-out, I spent ten minutes on my laptop in the lobby. Although quiet, there were a handful of (presumably) guests in the lobby. One security officer was standing near the door; however, a second security guard was stretched out almost horizontal on a seat in full view of anybody in the lobby with arms folded and audibly snoring. At check-out a taxi was booked at my request. I was told that standard zone charges would apply. The taxi turned out to be a barely roadworthy private vehicle. When I arrived at the bus station, the price asked for was two-and-a-half times the price I had paid for an official taxi the previous evening. The driver showed me a text message with the charge mentioned - even though that information had not been given to me by the hotel. I rang the hotel and spoke to the receptionist who spoke excellent English who merely said that 'this is the guy we always use'. Although attractive, the shower recess is impractical: the space is extremely narrow, and the short transparent divider means the bathroom floor is quickly flooded. The hotel is located just off a major multi-lane thoroughfare. The area is pedestrian unfriendly, dominated by fast-food chains and big box retail outlets.

One of the three receptionists at check-in dealt well with my arrival. The receptionist at check-out spoke excellent English. Beds are extremely comfortable (though not the pillows). Good to have a balcony with a sliding door to let in natural air. The bathroom, in particular, is aesthetically pleasing.

There was a constant smell (like sweage/vomit) coming from the bathroom in more than one room that our group booked. The staff tried to fix it, but with no success. We had to deal with this smell during our whole stay. Besides, our room had a shared door with the room next to ours, which was a bit inconvenient, as the guest from next door were very loud and we could hear them (sometimes until 2am). The toilet was not entirely clean when we arrived as there was some hair on the seat. The coffee machine had an used coffee filter from the previous guests. The communication with hotel was not so good in the beginning, as booking.com showed that we had free airport shuttle but the hotel staff told was (via email) that didn’t have it (so we had to pay a taxi). When we got there, the staff told us they actually have this shuttle. The breakfast was not $10 as informed on booking.com. You had to pay for each food/drink separately, and they were quite expensive.

The bed was comfortable, and the swimming pool had a nice temperature (maybe a little bit too warm).
