There were 6 pillows per bed but very hard and high, impossible to sleep, after 10 min neck was hurt in pain, I took the lowest but even that one was uncomfortable….the other things and facilities were fine, I do not pay attention on small imperfections.

Aggressive sales pitch for the Tafer ownership program was awful. For sure, partly on us for not saying no. Clarified what we were interested in understanding and that anything we learned would be for a decision well in the future from the start. Tried to push the conversation along. Walked out after 3 hours and they brought over another salesperson with an amazing exclusive deal (not). The math is pretty easy. They try to sell you on only putting 25% down and agreeing to a 14% interest rate, which is bad enough by itself. But then look at the valuations. Depending on which price theyre quoting at the time, the valuation for a studio is $1.2-1.6 million (if you were living in it full time). So if you want a studio plus some theoretically discounted other travel at that valuation, go for it. But whatever you do, don't agree to the "breakfast meeting" if you want to do anything else with your morning.

We talked to many people who had bought a share or points. This seems to be a big thing there and there are even chairs by the pool that only certain people can sit at. Makes sense, but we spent a lot of money to spend a week there and it felt a little like a caste system in that respect.

We didn't do the all inclusive but breakfast was part of the package. It was a buffet and we sat overlooking the ocean every morning. The food on the property was average but the service was amazing!

For a gourmet experience that is “modern” the amount of vegan/plant based options was surprisingly low. Don’t get me wrong, much of the food we had was amazing, especially at Hiroshi where there were the most vegan options. But sometimes it felt like we were actively excluded, like at Noi where the only vegan thing was the green salad. I expect better for a resort like this.

A beautifully situated resort, with very impressive rooms and suites, all of which have wonderful views over the bay. The staff were very attentive and very kind. The kayak tour to Los Arcos with Emmanuel and (someone’s who’s name I forget but was also great) was especially nice. Also the poolside portobello burger was especially good.

The food served in the restaurants was hit-or-miss and lacking in variety; I have had better meals at more modest hotels in Mexico.

Wonderful resort, breathtaking property with sweeping sea views. Close enough to Puerto Vallarta to easily go into town for dinner or a night out, but far enough to feel secluded. Will definitely be back!!

They really pushed buying a residence there. They were almost too aggressive about it and they took up way too much time telling you all about it.

When we arrived, we were told that the room that I booked was not ready, but we would get an “upgraded room” the next day. This did not happen and I don’t believe they ever had any intention of changing the room to the room originally booked- a junior panorama suite. Once you make it clear that you won’t be investing in a timeshare, the experience becomes poor.

The property was nice-but the aggressive time share sales pitch began when we arrived on Day 1 from the airport. Not relaxing or welcome.

I'm not sure about the system they use to transport people from one building to the other. Seems a bit too crowded as well

Everything was good at the hotel but a bit too busy. You could expect a bit more luxury from a 5* hotel. In any case, good rooms, beautiful scenery and good breakfast.
